The room was well equipped but too small! You can hardly move! The staff is nice. Good breakfast and good price. The only thing I didn't understand is that the hotel is separate from the reception and the door of the building is always open during the day and night. I didn't really feel safe.All in all, I would say good value for money.

Unreasonable. We checked in around 4 p.m., all 5 rooms we booked were dirty, how can it be that the rooms are all still dirty at 4 p.m. when check-out is until 12 p.m.? doesn't work at all. Came into a trashed room, bathroom smelled of urine. Room smelled unpleasant overall. Location quite remote but still OK. Breakfast very limited, little choice. To be honest, it doesn't work at all.

the acoustics are poor. Today at 2:40 a.m., I was woken up by an employee parking behind a closed window. apart from that, I have no complaints.

For the first time in my life I saw something like that. They are literally cheating people. I entered the room and it was dirty I couldn't stay, I couldn't breathe outside Since I don't speak German, he talked to me like he was making fun of me. He didn't give me a refund because I paid by card.😔😔

If you want to be in a peaceful place in Frankfurt this place is the best. Amazing staff beyond our expectations. Thank you for your hospitality and helpfulness. The location is very near for public transport to/ from Frankfurt airport and the city center.

Hotel turned off the air conditioning when we visited on a very hot day. Mattresses are covered with waterproof covers. Great for people who like to sleep in a damp sweat at night.

We have been to the hotel several times, friendly staff, a large selection of breakfasts. Unfortunately, the air conditioner control panel was damaged in the room. There are also no mosquito nets. Mosquitoes bother me in the summer. But in general, price = quality.

Honestly for the price it's very reasonable. It's not a hotel for a vacation but for a night or two if you're just passing through it's perfect.The rooms are clean and rather spacious, the bedding needs to be reviewed however. The rooms are air-conditioned and fairly well soundproofed; we did not experience any major noise pollution.The receptionist was a little cold at first but later super friendly and gave good advice.The breakfast was honestly more than adequate for the price. There was a choice of savory and sweet options.Parking is very convenient and of course be careful, it costs €15 per night.

Booked and paid for a double room, received a room with two single beds and a sloping ceiling.Furnishings ancient. Led. A towel was found and then delivered.Pictures are misleading, the hotel is not recommended apart from the good breakfast, every youth hostel has a higher standard.

The rooms are in need of renovation.The breakfast buffet is good.The selection could be larger here.The location is very close to the trade fair grounds. But further away from the city center.Without a car you are a bit lost here.

Everything went well with the stay and the breakfast was quite good. The negative aspect, the air conditioning in the room didn't work, in the middle of summer you could only sleep with the window open and then hear noise from outside.
