Worst hotel room of my life, and I've had many. Stains on the mattress, dirty towels, room smells of smoke, broken glass (!!!), hair in the bathroom, grinding in the bathtub. At the reception (where it also smells of smoke and alcohol) we were told that we had been there too long for a refund (1 hour, as we had just eaten something after putting our suitcases down).We decided to drive through the night rather than stay there a second longer.However, I feel sorry for the generally nice people on site!

The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, there were stains on the bed, and the towels were clearly dirty. We had to book it spontaneously (due to a flight delay) and relied on the positive reviews on Booking.com. We left the room again because it was unfortunately too disgusting and didn't get the money back.

I reached the hotel after a 10-hour train ride. The next morning I had an important business meeting. In the morning I discovered that the hotel had no hot water! So I couldn't shower and felt restless all day. The phone in the room didn't work either and there was a big spit-like stain on the curtain and I felt sick.

The staff was nice. Unfortunately the room was dirty. Asked, vacuumed and changed towels. The hotel has major deficiencies. The ventilation panel was hanging on two screws. The problem was resolved upon request. Tiles on the edge of the window in the bathroom are broken. There needs to be a general renovation in this hotel. The breakfast was okay. I chose the hotel because of the location.

Parking space is limited. Can only accommodate 5 cars or so. But it is near a train station if you come by train. Otherwise old hotel. Everything is old. Beds are good. Bathroom is all white and looked hygienic. But the room itself is old maybe due to antiquity it looked less hygienic.. Was busy at the reception. Had to wait a very long time for a cot. The cot was a co-sleeper... a bit dangerous for my 1-year-old daughter who could already get up. But we survived.

Bad experience, located in the train station district, what kind of characters are walking around, terrible🙁! Rooms are worn out, air conditioning doesn't work, fridge doesn't work, TV doesn't work, toilet flush only works partially. Reaction after complaint at reception => “that’s how it is here”! Absolute impudence. My recommendation would be another hotel!

I made a reservation because I thought it was cheaper than other hotels nearby and wouldn't be bad for a short one-night stay, but I was worried because I saw a lot of bad reviews. In the end, it was a good choice for a schedule that required taking the Flipco bus to the airport in the early morning. Of course, there wasn't much difference in price with the hotel next door, so I briefly regretted it when I passed by the hotel next door, but it was okay. It just felt like an old hotel that wasn't properly maintained. The air conditioner worked, but it was too loud and not cool, and the refrigerator and bathroom had a bit of a musty smell. The bed condition wasn't that bad, but I felt a little uncomfortable because of the room condition. Still, the location is convenient because it's right next to the bus stop (you can see the bus out the window), and you can just exit the central station in the direction of the Intercity Hotel, so it's in a place where security is good compared to the insecure central station.If you're taking your parents, I think it's worth going to a different hotel and if you're a backpacker just staying one night on a short trip, it's worth staying there.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life, if this place can be called a hotel. I think Booking should at least check whether the hotels it advertises have what they say they have. When we arrived, we were placed in a room that stank of cigarettes. Sheets, curtains, everything stank of cigarettes. On the window sill, lots of cigarettes and ash. They changed our room the next day. I paid more to have a room with air conditioning, and when I got there it simply didn't have one. How can someone sleep 18 nights in a hotel without air conditioning in the middle of summer at almost 40°C? Impossible. They said they would fix it and they didn't. I felt deceived. When we complained again, they put an old fan in the room. Furthermore, the cleaning is terrible! In 18 nights, they didn't clean the bathroom once. The only thing they did was remove the trash and change the towels (these were old and sometimes stained). There was mud and mold inside the minibar (photo 1). Inadmissible! The bathroom shower curtain was dirty. Under the beds there was trash, a lot of dust and even objects from previous guests. Signs that it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. At reception, rude and irresponsible service as they did not solve the problems highlighted. I do not recommend this establishment.

We stayed in Frankfurt for one night on the occasion of the Museumsuferfest and chose the hotel because of its proximity to the banks of the Main. Our room was on the 5th floor and was clean and spacious. The breakfast, which was included in our price, was good and plentiful.Unfortunately, with the outside temperature being 33 degrees during the day and around 20 degrees at night, the air conditioning didn't work and we had to leave the windows open, which was associated with a very high noise level even on the 5th floor. Opposite is the long-distance bus station from which buses leave around the clock, there is a police station around the corner from which you could constantly hear patrol cars with sirens, and people were arguing or talking loudly in the street almost all night long.On the second day the elevator was broken and we had to use the stairs to carry our luggage to the underground car park.In the lobby there was a drinks fridge in which most of the products that were on the price list were no longer there and the night porter couldn't or didn't want to refill them.In principle it would be a hotel with a good price-performance ratio if it weren't for the shortcomings described above.

In short, the stay was unreasonable and the award of a 3-star category does not correspond at all. The air conditioning was broken in room 34 and room 36 (because, like the ventilation in the bathroom, it was completely dusty??). It was unbearably hot in the room. The refrigerator was broken, the bathroom was already dirty when we arrived (stains on the floor, hair, ants on the 3rd floor!, mold in the shower). The bath towels were dirty with a huge hole. There was also a hole in the sheet. The carpet was dirty, there was dust everywhere and there was leftover food from the previous residents on the table.As if that wasn't enough, both rooms weren't cleaned.When we complained to reception after arrival that the air conditioning and refrigerator were broken, the employee kindly said that someone would come to “fix it”, but nothing happened.When we complained the next day in the late afternoon that room service wasn't there, we were initially turned away with the information that the rooms had been cleaned according to the list. After we insisted, 2 employees came who just wanted to quickly empty the trash cans and change towels. The fresh laundry was temporarily stored on the floor in the hallway!For 2 people we only received 1 small towel and 1 bath towel, we had to ask the employee again. The second room only received new towels upon repeated request.It was unbearably hot in the rooms, but the reception was wonderfully air-conditioned.Nobody in the hotel felt responsible, but unfortunately there was no response to our letter from management afterwards.Conclusion:The only positive thing was the location, tram and train station are close by.Otherwise -> Not recommended!!

The room was an oven, unlivable. Add to this an intolerable filth. First day, towels left on the floor not changed but folded and hung up. Second day, the room was not cleaned and the toilet paper was not added. We immediately wrote to both the property and Booking, we are still waiting for a response. It should have been a three star, but it doesn't even deserve a three stable. I forgot: they wanted full payment before giving us the room, otherwise I would have run away! Shame.

Unfortunately, one star is still too many.On the positive side:Hot and really cold water comes immediately after you open the tap.Neutral:Breakfast is okay and there are enough power sockets in the room.Negative:Toilet seat/lid is falling apart!The air conditioning system is defective and the ventilation grille has not been cleaned since it was installed, so it is not even suitable for circulating air!TV broken!Parking spaces extremely small!Very warm throughout the hotel!The bed is extremely soft and saggy!There was a smell in the room...Absolutely. NOT RECOMMENDED!Luckily we were just passing through.
