Cheap, central and with a huge fun factor.If you like action, you've come to the right place.The local consumers are surprisingly polite.All in all a great adventure but not really suitable for familiesThe nighttime police raid of the next room was the absolute highlight

I'm not very good at opening the door. Fortunately, the clerk was eager to teach me. The location is also very good. It's a 10-minute walk to the attractions.

Out of urgency I had to spend a night here, too expensive and horrible, the place is in the middle of the red light district, too dangerous. When I arrived there was no one at reception, the impression was to see a lot of people at the entrance of the hotel dealing, smoking crack, with syringes injecting drugs, it scared me a lot and the wait was eternal I thought they would steal everything. When the manager arrived, the entrance was filled with those people as if that were the center of traffic, sales and consumption. They should eliminate these types of hotels. I don't recommend it to anyone, once in the room I was exhausted, I simply locked it and didn't come out again, you could hear a lot of noise from parties and drug addicts fighting in the street, this place is a danger! ‼️ I have never seen something so horrible!!!!

Terrible experience. Wanted to cancel and even making it in the first 24hrs they told me that was not possible so they just charged me completely.
I arrived to the hotel and decided to not even stay because it's in a zone full of homeless, drug people and strip clubs, it's more like a motel.

Bad neighborhood, really unsafe. Very Very dirty bathroom. I felt unsafe, my door lock was loose and looked like it had been broken into before. Don’t recommend. This kind of experience for 40€ is insane.

Absolutely inhumane! After we had to move out at 6 a.m. at another hotel due to a rodent problem, we turned to the Hotel City Star for help. But after looking at the hotel, the rooms and especially the surrounding area, it was clear to us that we didn't want to stay here. We were told to write an email so they could transfer the money back to us. To date we have not received a cent back!

The only minus is the quarter of oblique lanterns. And the room itself is very clean, Wi-Fi is excellent. The station is very close, the river Main

I had a very bad stay. The bed and bathroom were very dirty. The door handle was very loose, it was very loud throughout the building and I felt very unsafe in the hotel and outside in the area.

The room costs 40€/night but there are drug addicts everywhere in front of the hotel and the hygiene/cleanliness in the room... well... but what do you expect for 40€I had to listen to loud music until 4am because there was a disco next to the hotel. There was trash and a fork under my bed.Positive:The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was close to the main station.Conclusion:However, since the room was extremely cheap, the price-performance ratio was right. But I wouldn't stay in the hotel again.

We took this hotel to be closer to Frankfurt airport. I haven't slept a wink all night, the hotel is so poorly located, people on substances in front of the hotel door, trying to accost you. A noise nuisance +++The man at reception is quite nice though.

I knew what I was getting myself into and expected bad rooms.It is the cheapest hotel in the area and even while all other hotels had a 200% increase during the book fair, it remained affordable here.Very clean room (although poorly lit) and very pleasant for my roommate: with a balcony for smoking. (escape staircase in front of the window)I would like to describe the situation as highly culturally productive.Anyone who hasn't yet experienced stepping out of the house and walking carefully between the crackheads (actively smoking) is in for sightseeing in a class of its own.Without family I would definitely come back. However, my wife would have died outside the door.

The location was perfect, lots of sights and entertainment right on the doorstep, there was even a private performance by a pantomime junkie for free. However, the room left a lot to be desired because we weren't allowed to smoke in the room and the floor was dirty, but the beds are still very comfortable and perfect for fun ;)
