I got a room right on the main street, it was beyond noisy (with the window closed). Overall it's ok, but nothing more. Even though it had been cleaned, there was hair in the shower and on the bedside table.

As before, good service. Standard rooms face the Bahnhofplatz, the tram makes a lot of noise, so earplugs in the room. If you like it quieter, choose comfort rooms that face the back.

If you don't want to be kept awake by the constantly squeaking tram, you should book business rooms facing the inner courtyard. Location ideal as a stopover before continuing your journey by train from Wilhelmshöhe station.

Very friendly staff! Breakfast sufficient. Lunch delicious and suitable selection.The hotel rooms are well maintained and clean but unfortunately they are poorly insulated due to the noise from outside. With a room facing the train station it's hard to think about sleeping. Expect something else at that price.It's nice if there are earplugs on the bedside table...

Right at the train station, friendly staff. The rooms facing the train station are very noisy as the tram is quite loud, but it is a city hotel and therefore central. Anyone looking for peace and quiet is wrong.

The location right next to the train station seems practical at first. But then it turns out to be absolutely bad. The windows are so leaky that they don't stop any noise or drafts. You can pull the window sash a good 3 cm away from the frame when the window is locked. The train and tram noise makes sleeping almost impossible. Wi-Fi in the room doesn't work at all, in the bistro there are 3 bars out of 5. It's almost an impertinence to advertise this. When asked about the problems, the staff at reception said: it couldn't be changed quickly, but there was no other room, even though the hotel was obviously not fully booked. The heater in the bathroom is a small red light in the ceiling with a minute timer to activate it. There is no exhaust air in the toilet. (have fun if one partner went to the toilet in the morning). Also no air conditioning in the room, but a table fan. Positive: the hotel/room is clean, the breakfast buffet is good and the TV in the room works.

Located close to the train station, there were hardly any tourist activities within walking distance. Since I was traveling there for work, it wasn't a negative aspect for me. Easy to reach, rooms equipped with everything you need. Breakfast and lunch/dinner good without any frills. All around a good stay with no inconveniences. Lived up to expectations.

Located at Wilhelmshöhe train station, the city is easily accessible by public transport. Room: in my opinion very loud facing the street, not able to sleep through the night, very poor WiFi, small and shabby; Breakfast in my opinion hardly sufficient, very clear; Arrived around 12 p.m., room ready, but charged €25 because "check-in only from 3 p.m.": very rude; Price-performance not sufficient

The best thing you can say about the hotel: you can get away quickly. Directly at the ICE train station. Since there is noise all night long down in the station forecourt, earplugs are provided. Since there is no air conditioning, popsicles are distributed. The employees loudly discuss internal matters with each other, so that the guest hears details that he doesn't want to know... Difficult.

I stayed at this hotel for three days for work. When I checked in I had to wait 10 minutes. That's just too long of a wait. The room was average. The bathroom is far too small and so cluttered that you can hardly move. No toilet paper... the next day I had to let the reception know so they could bring me toilet paper. The room wasn't cleaned for the whole three days?! Therefore I cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very well located near the train station, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, I would stay there again.
