The hotel itself is excellent. Unfortunately, you can see in many corners that a proper renovation would be necessary. Cleanliness was nothing to complain about, but here and there tiles, floors or walls urgently need to be adjusted. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Ideal location directly on the S-Bahn line and within walking distance of many restaurants.

Great location, rooms, staff, everything. It's a block away from the S train, the staff was incredibly friendly, very nice and quiet rooms. My only complaint was that there no air conditioning, but I know this is common in Europe. The fan and some open windows kept the room cool in mid-October though! I would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff and very good service, the hotel is in a central location, a few minutes walk and you will find the S-Bahn towards Frankfurt, the rooms are also very clean.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. My bathroom wasn't cleaned. There were still poop splatters in the toilet. There was dust everywhere. The shower wasn't cleaned. Neither does the sink. It also looked like the bathroom was never really cleaned properly. For example, there were black dirt and dust deposits on the hairdryer cable. Only the bed in the room was remade. I think the room itself was only superficially cleaned. There were also crumbs to be found on the chair. Unfortunately I only took photos of a few things.The gentleman at reception talked his way out of it and said the hotel couldn't do anything about it because a separate company was responsible for the cleaning. I am of the opinion that as a hotel you still have to control the company. I also think it's a shame that my complaint wasn't taken seriously. I asked for an accommodation. The receptionist said that since I got a special price on Booking.com and was allowed to park longer, that wasn't possible.With my review I would like to warn guests about this hotel.

"The Hotel Löwe in Offenbach is a real insider tip! The rooms are spacious, clean and offer the perfect mix of comfort and coziness. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly staff, who make you feel at home - hospitality is really important here. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes. The location is central and yet quiet, ideal for business travelers or city vacationers. Overall, an excellent price-performance ratio - absolutely recommended!"

Proximity to the trade fair is simply great.Rooms are clean, large, not luxury but perfectly adequate. We've been coming back for years.Special breakfast requests are also possible.

Really for me it is one of the best hotels in Offenbach. Very clean, the prices are very cheap and the food is very tasty. I always reserve a lot of rooms for my Egyptian customers who come to Frankfurt to buy vehicles

Breakfast is okay.But the room for this price is really not enough.I'm not picky. Just business trip. But if this trip would be my personal travel – never.Also you can't sleep without earplugs because you can hear all what happens outside.

Pictures are spruced up as expected. Just like everywhere.Room clean, bathtub available. Staff friendly.There was only one socket in the room. For 2 people with a cell phone each... difficult.Breakfast good, nothing special.

Ancient hotel rooms, seems like my grandfather house, dirty pavements, and old furniture, old sofa old and dirty rug, old table and bad, smell of ancient, and bad illumination too, full of dust on the top of the forniture.

I call this hotel ‘HOME’ because of the extraordinary service the staff and the higher management provided me.I came to Frankfurt for the Heimtextil fair and unfortunately fell miserably ill with 103F fever. The hotel staff provided me with a thermometer, covid test, Paracetamol ( all free of cost) and booked me an appointment with a general physician.The owners of the hotel take a personal interest in guests and try to accommodate in any possible way.My room was extremely clean, the entire was spick and span.Breakfast buffet has a wide variety to items with fresh bakery items arriving daily.In conclusion, I would like to say that if you’re looking for a home away from your home, this is the place.
