Beds are comfortable, not read through or anything like that. The room is getting old but so far OK. When it comes to the cleanliness in the bathroom, I can only say that I'm used to better for a hotel of this category. I don't want to say anything more about it.Next time I'm looking for a hotel I'll look somewhere else.P.S. The breakfast was very tasty...

The hotel is already getting a bit old.There is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to room service (making beds, clearing away rubbish, vacuuming or mopping).The breakfast buffet was perfect, the underground car park is great.

In the rooms facing the street (1st floor) it is not possible to sleep with the window open because of the noise from the street.The bathroom in this room was very old, so the ventilation grilles should not be forgotten when cleaning.All in all, only overnight stays are recommended.

Like any hotel that offers a gluten-free breakfast, so little gluten is provided that it is always a waste of money. For the rest, the hotel is highly recommended.

Our standard room facing the main street was clean and a good size, but the open window was too loud.🤷🏻♂️The location of the hotel requires an underground parking space for a fee.The breakfast is good and is quickly replenished if something is missing.All the employees are very hard working, which consoles the old-fashioned charm.

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the city center and has direct access to covered parking.Unfortunately, our room in the attic, despite enjoying a beautiful view of the internal square from the window, was extremely uncomfortable, especially for the bathroom. It's the first time I've had to shower on my knees due to lack of height.Dark room and lack of electrical sockets near the bed, I had to put the phone to charge in front of the access door.Breakfast with lots of savory choices, sweet only with croissants and yogurt.

Great hotel if you are passing through. We had a comfort room, which was located at the back (not near the main road). Room is spacious, beds small, and bathroom is dated but clean. The location is perfect, close to the old city. Read a lot about the parking garage. We have a wide car and this required careful care. The tailgate could also not be fully opened due to the low roof of the garage.The breakfast was okay, not very tasty, but enough choice.Great hotel

After a long hike, the air conditioning in the hotel was the longed-for salvation.However, it also ran in the room at night, but quite loudly. It also couldn't be regulated or turned off.Room was okay, but getting old.The breakfast would have been absolutely amazing if we had booked it at the hotel: they wanted 17 euros (quote: that's already reduced from 21 euros) for one (!) breakfast.Breakfast cost us 10 euros (for two people) not far away in Café Grimminger on Friedrichstrasse.

An acceptable, average hotel, well located in the middle of Heppenheim. Very easy to reach with parking directly at the hotel. The rooms are clean and functional. Water in the room would be nice and a slightly better light and plug situation. Check-in is also possible after 10 p.m. The staff is friendly. A vending machine for drinks and snacks outside of staff working hours would also be good. A highly recommended hotel in Heppenheim.

We stayed at this hotel for the fourth time as part of a motorcycle tour. This fact alone shows that we are fundamentally satisfied. The reception is always friendly. You can park in the underground car park for €8 per night.The rooms are sufficiently large and nicely furnished. The mattress was comfortable and the room itself was clean. The location is unbeatable. You can quickly get to the old town and in the evening to various restaurants.The soundproofing of the window was great. We didn't hear any noise from the neighboring streets.The only drawback in the room itself: the air conditioning control was probably replaced at some point and no one bothered to paint the part of the wall that was freed up and thus make it invisible.The breakfast buffet is perfect. There is no wish left unfulfilled. I think it would be nicer if there was coffee in a pot and not from a machine, but that's just a matter of taste.This time I was disappointed with the bathroom. Equipped with a bathtub that is long past its best. Clear traces in the tub itself. Mold behind and under the handle, cracked tiles, calcified fittings. The trigger didn't work, the door was so warped that you could have stuck a newspaper through the top. Last but not least, we had the handle in our hands when we closed the door. The hairdryer is probably antique and the heating consists of a fan heater under the sink (fortunately it wasn't needed). There is a clear need for action here!!Unfortunately, the air conditioning hardly worked at all on level two.Nevertheless, we would probably come back in the hope that something would happen in the baths...

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived.The breakfast was one of the highlights. Served buffet-style, it was well stocked with a wide selection of meats for bread, various cheeses, and even smoked salmon. The WMF espresso machine was another great feature, offering options like Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, and American Coffee—perfect for starting the day.The decor of the hotel, while clean and well-maintained, is a bit dated, particularly in its darker color scheme. It could benefit from some modernization. Our bedroom had separate beds, which is standard in the entry-level rooms, so if you're looking for a double bed, it might be worth inquiring in advance. However, for our one-night stay, this was not an issue. The bathroom was equipped with a bath and shower, adding to the comfort of our stay.The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and everything was in good working order, which speaks to the high standard of building maintenance. Parking is available in the underground garage for an additional cost, which is convenient if you're traveling by car.Overall, it was a good experience, and we will certainly return when we're back in the area.
