We were checked in from Thursday to Saturday...we really enjoyed it...as already described on the internet, there is only a small number of staff...but that was made up for by friendliness...breakfast was completely ok...if you liked you could get fresh scrambled eggs, fried eggs or breakfast eggs...for me there could have been some fresh fruit...but it's also so good...the rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are very good. ..Even if everything is a bit old, I give it 4 stars because everything was made with love 👍😃

Had a nice table on the terrace at the front with a fantastic view. Good hygiene concept. Very friendly service. The hamburger with game meat was delicious. Recommended destination.

This is a very nice hotel with a high level of flair, you can enjoy everything even in bad weather. I wish you a good appetite and lots of fun when you visit this atmosphere and see you again

Nice outdoor seating, great view, expensive food.We went there for lunch on a weekday during the holidays.The staff was friendly but seemed stressed - the restaurant was 75% full. The operation was neither too slow nor too fast. I ordered a 'colorful salad plate' with baked camembert and cranberries for €9.40.I was brought two green lettuce leaves with sauce, camembert and cranberries...It was tasty, but I imagine something completely different under a colorful salad plate!

Underground is probably best. We left after one night because we just couldn't find the words. We went to a seminar on the Hoherodskopf and wanted to stay overnight in the hotel. When we got to the hotel at 9 p.m. it was so dark that you couldn't see your hand in front of your face. There was no television in the room. The masses of cables and devices on the wall were very adventurous

After arrival, a free room was chosen. Planning nil.Got into the room and immediately there was no light. We had to troubleshoot ourselves.TV didn't work either. Here we also had to troubleshoot ourselves.We continued in the bathroom...Clogged sink. Leaky shower head. No insight or willingness to correct errors.We won't be coming back.
