We had a great time. Kaif at the bar, and Mark Schmidt, at the reception were exceptional and made us feel welcome and home. We had a wonderful time thanks these two wonderful and warm people.

2 nights were booked for a trade fair. Due to illness I was only able to arrive on the second day.On the first day a colleague tried to cancel the first night of my booking. This was immediately rejected. The reason was: This is not provided for in the tariff and would be too short-term.The next day I was at the hotel at 9:00 a.m. and wanted to check into the room. I was refused check-in because the room was not yet available and check-in is only possible from 3 p.m.I consider this approach to be fraudulent. We will avoid the hotel in the future.

First of all, the reception staff were very, very friendly. The lobby and room ambience is very nice. The location is right next to the main train station and very ideal for trips from Wiesbaden.What was annoying: black mold formationin the shower joints, that doesn't have to be the case these days.Now for breakfast which is charged at €19. Standard breakfast, the sausage was partly hard and unsightly at the edges, as was the cheese slices. The tomatoes and cucumber slices were very, very cold, like they were fresh from a refrigerator that was too cool. Used dishes at the table were not cleared away. On Sundays there were also rolls from the day before that were so hard you couldn't bite them.To be honest, you could have had a better breakfast in the nearby train station and it would have been cheaper and fresher.

It was an emergency stay due to a flight cancellation, the room was great, dinner was included but a bit special. Nice people and even a lunch bag if you couldn't attend breakfast.

We booked with breakfast...since the sandwiches in our packed lunch were already over a month past their expiration date, there is a deduction for service and the price is not justified.

We were forced to stay there for one night by Lufthansa because our connecting flight was away. The hotel is centrally located next to the train station. The room was clean and bright, the dinner offered exclusively for Lufthansa customers was lousy. It didn't taste good, nor did we have a choice ☹️Not to mention the bar in the hotel. This opens at 6 p.m., we were there at 5:52 p.m. and 3!!!! Employees talked very intensively and chatty but it was not possible for them to serve us (we were the only guests at the time!!!) before this time. This is an impossible service since they weren't busy with other things either. Something like that doesn't work at all. The breakfast was very good, you can't complain about it.

Great hotel. Chic room. Good facilities. Rich breakfast buffet. It's definitely a good starting point if you want to go to Wiesbaden. Thanks to its location right next to the main train station, you can easily reach everything you need by bus. The word literal hair in the ointment was a hair on the bed. Therefore only 4 stars.

Arriving by car is a bit stressful, but that's due to the traffic. The hotel itself is great! Friendly welcome, nice staff and the room is very clean. A large shower and even a small refrigerator await the guest. There is a shopping center in the immediate vicinity. Although the train station is right next door, you won't hear anything thanks to the soundproof windows. I slept very well here and spent some lovely hours. I would love to come back. Great hotel. Thanks to all employees

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the hotel because the negative aspects outweigh the negative aspects. The handicapped accessible bathroom is positive - there is a lot of space. The room itself was a little spartan, but functional and modern. Cleanliness: Well, it goes like this... big cobwebs on the air conditioning vents.The breakfast is also worth mentioning - unfortunately in a negative sense... 3 types of sliced cheese that have seen better days (the yellowness was spreading around the edges and some of the slices were already making waves). Something similar can be said about the (discounter) sausage. When it comes to types of bread, you can't really speak of a selection. I had a better breakfast in a B&B hotel...Overall not worth a 4 🌟!My suggestion: increase the price of breakfast and offer something that is expected in a 4-star hotel.The location is very positive - right next to the train station - but just usual for an intercity hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception was extremely friendly, helpful and uncomplicated, which made check-in very pleasant. The rooms are rather small, but clean and functionally furnished. The large shower is particularly noteworthy.Unfortunately, the dinner didn't convince us. (Minus two stars) We were even more impressed with the breakfast. It was very extensive and offered everything you need for a good start to the day.Overall, a nice hotel with a few drawbacks when it comes to dining in the evening, but definitely recommended for a short stay.
