Modern hotel, centrally in Bad Vilbel. Good facilities, very clean, dedicated staff, good cuisine.New public underground car park right next to it, parking fees are high, but at least there are plenty of charging options for the car.

I take up Mr. Böttcher's review from 4 days ago and can report that my colleague and I were also given the privilege of the rooms that had already been arranged, with 15 minutes already "over time", i.e. around 6.15 p.m. On your part, they were deemed completely sufficient to cancel our reservations straight away.Since the reservation was made well in advance within a company contingent and it quickly became apparent that there were at least 10 further incidents of this type within a very short period of time, the approach taken by your company is - on the basis of an assumed consensual business relationship - incomprehensible to me Way to confirm or build trust on a business level.I can only confirm the behavior of the two gentlemen at the reception desk, described by Mr. Böttcher in his review as "ice-cold" ("Your room is gone", and no: "I'm sorry!").The help then consisted of writing the name of a hotel in FFM on a piece of paper and handing it over to us with the information that there were still many rooms available there and the travel time (by car) was around 10 minutes. After I asked angrily if that was really all there was to it, the 1st MA responded with the words: "I want to help you, but if you don't want my help....." and simply walked away from the scene.After a very clear speech or instructions from my colleague, the second employee dialed the phone number from the reception telephone. of the recommended hotel in FFM. Right at the start of the phone call, my colleague was given the receiver without a word, and it turned out that the "many free rooms" in the hotel in FFM actually only corresponded to one free double room, which we finally decided on - also due to a lack of alternatives - decided.No, Mr. Näser, a (repeated) pointed reference to the booking confirmation + deposit option is not necessary here. Her 2 MAs were almost the exact opposite of “a source of joy in service orientation”. In addition, since there were at least 10 other incidents (not counting Mr. Böttcher), this matter is somewhat larger.Therefore: No recommendation at all levels!

Very friendly welcome and you can park directly in the adjacent underground car park.I personally find carpeting in rooms extremely unpleasant, but otherwise everything was great, including the bathrooms.Points are deducted for breakfast. Staff extremely overwhelmed but friendly and tried hard. However, the selection is not very large and we waited for 30 minis, during which time neither rolls nor scrambled eggs were added. Breakfast had already been paid for, but we left without eating a bite.So recommended, but without breakfast.

The hotel will forfeit a company reservation without replacement if you do not arrive by 6:00 p.m. An authorization by credit card is mentioned in the booking confirmation and underlined with “we reserve the right to…”, but letting the booking expire when you arrive at 6:50 p.m. is simply not possible. Original sound: “Your room is gone”. No “I’m sorry,” nothing.The reason given is overbooking. And help finding an alternative hotel? Not Dorint's problem! Dumped ice cold!!!Even if you are covered in the fine print, customer service is different. No recommendation!!!

We were delayed from a connecting flight and the airline delivered to this hotel at night.Really good service and cheerfully energetic. The hotel is cozy and tastefully decorated. Breakfast great 🤗

Very nice hotel with very good value for money.Not the first Dorint Hotel in the FFM area and a top experience here too. From the very friendly and relaxed reception at the reception to beautiful, modern rooms with the option of being darkened, good air conditioning and new beds. Right down to the hotel bar, which is beautifully furnished including an outdoor area in the courtyard with very nice staff and a bartender who really knows his craft.I'd love to come back when I'm in the area!

A really great hotel. Also ideal for a weekend trip to Frankfurt. Great connection to the motorway and public transport. Despite the nearby railway line, it is in a very quiet location in the spa gardens. Great breakfast buffet.Rooms are spacious and very modern. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel manager also tried very hard and asked about the guests.

Modern, new house. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Very nice and courteous staff at reception, at the bar and especially at breakfast. The breakfast buffet is excellent; very large selection, very good quality. Egg dishes are freshly prepared upon request.We found a cheap parking space right opposite the hotel. For a higher fee it is possible to use an underground car park nearby.Despite the location on the street, it was very quiet.The location was very good for us to visit the Bad Vilbel Castle Festival.We were very satisfied overall and would be happy to come back.
