We give one star because you have to give one.We arrived, check in from 2 p.m. The reception was unmanned and no one answered the phone, so we called another number that was there. First they said she would check and call back. After 20 minutes we still had no answer. We called again and there was someone else on the phone who said they didn't have a reservation and we were overloaded.We booked through booking. Com booked and the relevant evidence. Thank God you were able to cancel free of charge due to the error.In retrospect we are happy because there was a cleaning person there who told other people arriving that the rooms hadn't been cleaned yet, but they could move into the room in 25 minutes. Doesn't speak for real cleanliness.Thank God we found an alternative.

Very clean basic hotel, rooms recently refurbished to a high standard, beds good, shower etc very good. Double glazed soundproofed windows. Close to railway ideal for Messe. Breakfast good. |Expensive due to demand from the event at the Messe. Would stay again. Very friendly and efficient staff.

If you want to go to Frankfurt in Altsachs to celebrate and don't like air-conditioned rooms and no ventilation in the bathroom in midsummer - the perfect match.I checked out straight away after a few hours, preferring to spend four hours on the ICE train rather than spend the night in this hotel.Yes, it is quite modern and clean, but it is located directly above the hot bar and is incredibly noisy and loud even during the week.Not recommended, especially at EM times.The location itself is very central and, as I said, ideal for party purposes.I can't say much about the service, except that the reception was not manned before 2 p.m. and the check-in later was uncomplicated.

This is not a hotel but a really bad dump: no service, no reception, keys in the safe but hardly anyone available. The door to the street is open - the worst: a super, super loud bar downstairs on the first floor which is open until 5am. You can't sleep there - fingers off!!!!Never even one star

I can only strongly advise everyone not to stay at this hotel, the noise pollution at night from the surrounding bars is massive and lasts until the early hours of the morning, even headphones with noise canceling are not enough, the bass shakes the walls and goes to the core, the night here was that pure horror.

The room was very nice but also very, very loud. Because of the noise in the area (parties, etc.) it would be very difficult to sleep. Maybe we just came on the wrong day!

We stayed here from Friday to Saturday. To put it briefly: a horror night. It started OK, the room was spacious and well equipped. The equipment is new and quite high quality. However, the hotel is IN THE MIDDLE of Frankfurt's party mile. Sleep was initially out of the question because of the hurricane-like noise and roar from the surrounding bars (until 4:00 a.m.). There was also an extremely strong smell of cigarettes in the room, which was blown in via the bathroom ventilation system. The lowest point was reached when in the middle of the night around 3:00 a.m. water damage from the ceiling caused WATER to drip onto the bed/face in the pillow area. Unfortunately, the reception was barricaded when we checked out at around 9:30 a.m., so we were unable to discuss this with any of the hotel employees. Incredible service…Avoid this place at all costs!

the repair is terrible, it was disgusting to be there, people screamed under the windows all night, it was impossible to sleep, but the location of the hotel is convenient, nice grandfather at the reception
