I think this B&B hotel is OK for a maximum of one night's stay.It's in an industrial area which isn't a big deal.At the time I was there, the hotel was mainly used by fitters.I think the hotel used to be an “Etap Hotel” if someone says so.High beds in the room make a youth hostel sytyle the shower is onePlastic wet room.So if you just want to spend a night in a practical manner and don't value amenities, it's OK.

A very simple hotel. Directly and centrally on the highway. But everything is already getting old. There were dirty dishes in our room and the desk was in poor condition. There also seem to be a lot of smokers and there is a strong smell of smoke everywhere. The breakfast is okay but there is a TV showing war reports, which isn't great for us as a family.

The staff are polite, but breakfast wasn't necessarily on time, it's usually supposed to be open from 6:30. Mhh, I know that differently from B&B Hotels. It always worked for the young lady. Well, unfortunately my room wasn't that clean

If you want to enjoy your vacation relaxed, you should avoid the hotel. The gentleman at the reception was very, very friendly, but that doesn't change the fact that there are only impossible rooms.We booked a room with two dogs, which was extremely tiny.We literally stepped on each other's toes.There was no closet, no shelf, no dessert.There was a mini sink in the room, a narrow shower was also available, as was a small room with a toilet.It's a disgrace to offer the rooms for such a price.There was an additional €12 per dog.They walked backwards because they couldn't turn in space.For us it was the first and last visit.

All things considered: 4 stars. It's just a place to stay overnight if you're at the trade fair (it's less than a 5-minute drive away) - the rooms are clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, parking spaces are not always available when there is a lot of traffic. Breakfast isn't really that great. But you have to look at the price-performance ratio. The hotel is not for vacation, but primarily for business trips or similar.

Price on site higher than advertised online. Mattresses worn outVery noisy and loud. I could hardly sleep because of loud voices in the hallway in a foreign language and doors constantly slamming.

And here again a purchase from the Ibyshotel with the canned food rooms where the air conditioning doesn't work either. It's a shame, but I really enjoy staying at the B&B Hotel.

Cons:- no elevator- the room is so small and tight that it's hard for 3 persons to move (see pics)- no closet, only a hook with 3 hangers- the camembert cheese at breakfast was so old that it was yellow with watery stains- on our second stay there was almost nothing for breakfast because there was only one worker and he only restocked 4 eggs at a time, 4 bread rolls at a time, etc so a few minutes after restocking things were gone, guests kept asking him to restock things and somethings like yoghurt he didn't have anymore, other things would pop in every 10 minutes but only enough for 1 or 2 guests at a time.- the first time we stayed there the room's air conditioner was so weak that even in the lowest temperature was almost unnoticeable (you can't control the amount, only the temperature - see pic). In the end we opted to have the window open instead which didn't help much with the heat but still better than the crappy air conditioner- the service is very chaotic (took forever to do the check-in, our room didn't have towels, chaotic at breakfast, ...)- only 1 chair in the room for 3 persons- the TV remote on the room of our first stay was very dirty (see pic)- the bed is very small (the narrowest double bed I've ever slept in)- there are no curtains, only black out plisee, so if you want privacy you need to forgo sunlightPros:- latte macchiato at breakfast- quiet area (industrial)- the Internet works well- one of the cheapest hotels in the area- free parking- check out until 12h

I broke down in my car and then stayed in this hotel. At first I was a bit skeptical, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I was greeted and checked in by a young gentleman in the most polite way, even after opening hours, so a big thank you to the staff. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are also very clean, although you can immediately see that it is not B&B standard. However, it will be renovated shortly and I will definitely come back every year and make a stopover on the way to vacation. Thank you very much and keep it up!

The hotel is conveniently located on the A7 in a quiet location. The staff really tries hard and professionally when dealing with guests. The breakfast buffet is also very rich, there is something for everyone (gluten-free bread, vegan, etc.). I'm looking forward to our next visit with you, thank you very much!
