We spontaneously spent 2 nights there and were very positively surprised. The room was great and very clean. Free parking directly at the hotel. The staff was super nice, helpful and friendly. We ate in the hotel restaurant, very tasty. We would stay there again at any time. Price-performance is highly recommended.

A nice hotel, right on the street, with no street noise in the rooms.Perfect for visiting the Wilhelmshöhe attraction.But thanks to the bus stop right in front of the door and the free parking spaces, it's also great for all other excursions.Breakfast is good enough, on the first day it was very crowded and not everything was refilled straight away, but that was certainly due to the illuminated water features on the weekend.But everything was fine on the second day.The big disadvantage is that doors often slam. This is because the room doors always slam when they are not closed.That would have to be optimized.We paid almost twice as much as we would have on the following weekends, maybe that was also because of the illuminated water features, but that surprised us a bit.

More appearance than reality! Convinced by other reviews, we booked this hotel for a weekend in Kassel. First of all: not a second time!!The rooms were clean and the pizza in the restaurant was delicious. But that was it. The service throughout the hotel was hardly existent. The staff was extremely understaffed, listless and not trying hard. The beds were like a board, we hardly slept. The doors in the hallway slammed very loudly. The furnishings were cheap and in many places broken and poorly repaired. The dining room is far too small for the number of guests. We had to wait almost 40 minutes before we could have breakfast. The staff was massively overwhelmed. The buffet was not replenished. There was coffee from the thermos that was too strong to drink. The buffet was too small, there was no space to eat in peace. Not comparable to the pictures online. The selection of drinks in the bar was sparse. There were only long drinks, no cocktails.In summary, we expected much more for €150 per night and were disappointed.

Clean pleasant hotel with reasonable facilities, but save your money and disappointment - don't book a mini suite - tiny, no room to walk around bed. Standard rooms looked more spacious. I couldn't walk around the bed on 2 sides due to wall mounted lights and TV!

I spontaneously stayed there overnight, but would come back at any time. Very friendly and nice staff, good food and the location offers exactly the peace and quiet that is promised. The rooms are functional and modern. You can see that the operators put a lot of work, effort and love into this hotel. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Neat hotel in a green environment.Where more could be achieved.Good parking.Staff very friendly.The room is neat and clean and everything you can expect is available.The downside is the noisy neighbors, in the evening, night and morning.Oh and the pillows are thin and soft if you have a choice of 4, make sure there is some difference.But otherwise a great hotel!

Super nice staff. Helpful and accommodating.Location is perfect!! In just a few minutes you can reach various sights, whether by car, bike or public transport. Bus stop is right outside the door.Parking spaces are available on site (also with electricity).There is a restaurant in the hotel that offers Italian dishes. And you can easily start the day with a buffet.In the room there is an iPad with all kinds of information and a telephone.Our midi double room was big enough for us.Mini fridge and air conditioning in the room would be great, but they weren't available.

Very well maintained, pleasant and elegantly furnished hotel. Unfortunately, the street noise that echoes in the inner courtyard is a bit annoying. However, you can't hear anything when the windows are closed.The breakfast buffet is a very cramped affair and supplies are not only limited in terms of dishes, but also in terms of drinks.

Great hotel.Rooms are not very large but certainly good. Comfortable beds, facilities to make coffee/tea in the room.Unfortunately no air conditioning.20 charging points for electric cars.Nice breakfast buffet.Located in a beautiful walking area.

Overall, the effort is made to create a style that can be described as successful. Small but nicely furnished rooms. The only thing that was annoying was the moldy silicone joint in the shower cubicle. If the hotel had had a staffless automatic reception, the rating would be better. Unfortunately, when I asked the receptionist if we would like to eat in the restaurant, they rolled their eyes. You can do it when stressed, but every customer is an individual. I skipped dinner in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was very good. Parking spaces are available, some of which have been newly designed behind the house.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, right next to the highway. The facilities are very new and there are parking lots in the front and back yards. It is very large. The room is fully equipped. I especially like the electronic tablet and TV. The WiFi quality is also very good. Clean and tidy, very cost-effective! The breakfast quality is also good and there are many varieties. If you want to go to William Mountain Park early in the morning or go hiking in the mountains, you can stay in this quiet and comfortable hotel.
