Honestly, I don’t get the bad reviews — perhaps we were just lucky. Our room was like a mini airbnb with kitchenette (no dish soap BUT there were cooking utensils), balcony, sleeping couch, mini island table with chairs, etc. Lots of closet space, heated bathroom floors, and really nicely renovated. It also had an AC which is super rare in Germany, though we didn’t use it. The hotel doesn’t seem as easy to access via public transport but we went by car and had no issue. Parked right out front when we arrived in the late evening.A negative point: we had a baby and ended up having to co-sleep because there were no bassinets available (even though we’d specifically made our request clear in advance).

Beware of fraud! We booked for 3 people at a price for 2. On site it was said that we had to pay 49 euros more, it was a system error. For these 49 euros this person had to sleep on the totally disgusting folding couch on a metal frame. We asked for another room, supposedly occupied, but there were 2 rooms available on Booking.com.The inside of the bed linen is totally dirty and the furniture is otherwise destroyed.I've been trying to get my money back for 4 months because the manager realized that it was a misunderstanding and we would get the money refunded.Initially there was feedback and putting off, it would take time, now you have been ignored for many weeks and no money has been received.Consumer advice center is now visited, followed by legal representation. What looks nice on the outside is an absolute rip-off and disaster!!

The rooms are extremely large, clean and nicely furnished. The staff was cold but helpful. The bathroom is large and clean. Our room also had a small kitchen and a large refrigerator for the room. The bed is big and comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was the balcony, which was connected to the other rooms and the presence of a larger no. immigrants, which made me not feel very safe. There are not many parking spaces. I highly recommend the hotel to people who are in transit because it is close to the highway and the airport. We traveled with puppies and everyone was friendly with them. The price of overnight stays for dogs is a bit high.

Booked specifically for the breakfast and parking listed on their website. Had to park over 2 city blocks away only to have police ticketing everyone in the morning after not having breakfast that I had booked due to someone deciding to not open the kitchen. Thanks for nothing.

Really unfriendly receptionist. Ever heard of a hotel that does not allow you to pick someone up? Will never book again and can’t recommend to anyone.

Positive:The stove worked. TV has YouTube and Netflix… never had it in the hotel…Negatives:The room was very dirty and smelled strange, the structure of the apartment was reminiscent of scenes that you only know from the internet…When we arrived, as you can see from the picture, parts of the baseboard were broken and were just lying around. The sink faucet feels broken when you touch it, the drawers are cheaply screwed together and, above all, the towel holder is hanging on the last strand and seems to be on the verge of breaking off.Shower overflows, parking spaces are almost non-existent, everything is full and you have to park on the curb, which isn't so nice for the tires. All the cupboards were empty, so much space you could store your entire apartment there. Kitchen unusable, no items for cooking except an old Tedi pot and a scraped pan that feels like it's falling apart...

A very good hotel both for vacation and for business. I find the staff, especially Hamza, very competent, friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel because of the good service and the room.

Rooms are modernly furnished, unfortunately there is a lack of good equipment in the kitchenette. There are also no cleaning utensils provided (dishwashing sponge, dishwashing liquid, tea towel). The cutlery, especially the spoons, were pretty mixed up and generally of poor quality, so I preferred to use my camping cutlery. The rooms are sufficiently large and the shutters work.Unfortunately, the location is only semi-good, as there are hardly any shops or restaurants nearby. If you are there by car, you may have to look for a place longer as the hotel does not have any parking spaces. You also look partly. directly to the large refugee accommodation, it can be a bit louder there during the day (children). If you don't have a problem with that, or if you keep the windows permanently closed and the choice of location doesn't matter, you have a cozy apartment with a balcony here (as far as I could see, all of them have a terrace on the ground floor)

We checked in and then immediatelly out after just two hours! We came here with our baby and requested a baby bed (the day before our arrival) and they answered that it's not a problem. Upon our arrival no one knew about any cot or anything. We got answer "if someone brings cot in your room then you will have it, if not then there is none avaliable"... I mean what kind of organisation is that? Above that, floors haven't been moped in ages (our little walking/crawling baby ended up having black knees, hands and feet), windows have drips of questionable liquid on them. Location is horrible, thay don't have parking (you can park on the side of the road but there was someone throwing rocks on windows of the rooms and cars as well so I would nit recommend). Airconditioning didn't work and they didn't seem to care to help us with that. Furniture had burns (made by smokers) so I also asume that there has been someone smoking in there at one point. Money thrown away! I would not recommend at all! And surly not with a baby!
