Location is good. Very close to the train station. But the room I was in was facing the busy street, and was not sound-proofed. It was too loud the whole night. Might help wearing earplugs.

Near the main station, great room, everything brand new and very clean, staff very nice, environment a bit unpleasant, but you immediately have a good feeling in the hotel, very good value for money

Perfect for one night. However, very loud, which is logical in the city center of Frankfurt. Personally, the transparency of the toilet when there are two people in the room bothers me. Very nice welcome at the reception.

The room is quite small but fits the price. I would recommend it.

It was very loud in our room all night long. Mainly because of road traffic. The room is very, very compact and can be compared to a tiny house. The shower was actually integrated directly into the room as a glass structure including a partial privacy screen. Depending on the use, the shower door can be seen either just for the shower or as an entrance door for the bathroom. When you use the toilet you practically look into the open shower. No storage, no cupboards. I would say it's enough for an overnight stay, but the noise is far too annoying for that.

It was a nice hotel. It is very close to the train station. We had a small room. It didn't have a city view but was very clean.

I made a review on Booking.com where I booked the hotel and I just noticed the cheeky, rude reply I got, so here is another review with the addition of the poor customer service. Also the reason I did not report to the receptionist was because he was creepy and asked me on a date, while I was visibly uncomfortable.

Really bad hotel. The receptionist was unhospitable, unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was super noisy. At 3am someone at the door honking his car and woke me up. I was annoyed the whole night by the noise of the water pipe. The pipe runs through the wall in my room. It seems that is metal, and it keeps expanding when hot water flushing through it. It made noise like cracking. I could not slept at all.

Cheap hotel, okay for the price. Air conditioning in the room cannot be turned off and is quite loud, bed linen a bit stained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is a little uncomfortable at night.
