First impression: Nice little hotel that is somewhat uncharacteristically located on the main road at a roundabout.You can quickly ignore this because the really beautiful guest house has been very tastefully renovated and furnished. The interior design is completely to our taste. The very beautiful old town is just a few steps away.We particularly liked the breakfast. We are not fans of breakfast buffets. Here, breakfast is lovingly prepared individually on small plates. Egg dishes can be ordered with it. Very important: there is a Nespresso machine in the room.We felt very comfortable. Our restaurant tip: definitely try the “Margaux” in the old town.P.S. The small yellow information booklet “Konrads Gästehaus” with lots of tips for Limburg and the surrounding area is also very helpful.

Centrally on the edge of the old town. The rooms are very nice, well equipped and very clean. Plus a warm service. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, very fresh and worth every penny. Whenever we're in the area again, Konrad's is our first choice.

We had a lovely night during a stopover stay in Limburg. Konrads was an extra nice surprise. The property is a beautifully restored building, with attention paid to every detail. The rooms were very comfortable with the best quality bedding and the bathroom/shower were such a treat. There is excellent, friendly service. We wish we could have stayed one more night, because then breakfast is included. This was a great way to explore a city that we had never stopped to see.

I'll keep it short:Room facilities: Great interior... It was so cozy... and our room, which faced the back, wasn't noisy. We slept great! The bathroom also left nothing to be desired, even with extra underfloor heating. Thumbs up.Breakfast: The kitchen and breakfast area gave us hope for something special and we were not disappointed. The breakfast was individually prepared with a lot of love and brought to the table. What a blessing; no baked rolls, delicious cold cuts, good cheese and other small treasures that were nicely presented. In addition, "fresh" fruit was served and a glass of yoghurt and fruit and it was so rich that we almost couldn't finish it. But with a breakfast like this, we couldn't leave anything behind!!! :-) The young woman who was responsible for all of this was also a gem. Thanks alot.By the way, we were able to store the bikes safely and dryly behind the house in an empty storage room.Conclusion: Any time again

The guesthouse is very poorly located on a busy road and a roundabout, very noisy even with the windows closed and unbearable with them open, especially in summer. Conclusion not recommended.
