Wifi is a new way of torture. After couple of minutes, you lose your connection and you have to reconnect again. And Surprise! German telecom operators signal is very weak. You have to reconnect again and again and again and again.

There was the Corona crisis...It's difficult to recruit staff...Many are sick...But the gastronomic experience here is simply unacceptable:Waiting times, friendliness and ambience were still acceptable (by no means 4 star level!!), but when half-frozen poultry is served and charged despite a complaint, the fun stops. There is an urgent need for adjustments in (almost) everything.

I am very dissatisfied because your staff used an electronic key card to enter my room without prior notification or knocking on the door. I am also dissatisfied with the unreasonable way that the receptionist on the floor just told us to hang up a card to prevent entry. satisfy

Special architecture and design, attached to the Leitz Park with many wonderful photographs. The hotel is very clean and perfect for me as a house dust mite allergy sufferer, even without special benefits. There are also no intrusive fragrances here. Neither for bed linen nor for cleaning or showering. Went there twice, two years apart, and had no allergy problems. The breakfast buffet is to die for. There is absolutely everything here. The restaurant's offerings are upscale and very tasty. However, the restaurant's service on the day of the Leitz Park Festival was subpar. Disorganized, unclean and - only partially - also annoyed. I hope this gets better. Can't afford a higher standard. I'll still come back, at least for an overnight stay with breakfast.A sauna is also available. Everything very clean. But I didn't use it.

Great and modern hotel. Why not 5 stars?Breakfast service is a disaster on Sunday. If you want to see what you can do wrong, come here on Sunday ;-)Room service is just a bed making service and the rest of the room is neglected.Update: 14 months later I visited again. Some wear and tear can now be seen and the employees at the reception are charging twice for parking, even though this should have already been paid for the entire time when checking in. Weird or unprofessional...
