God awful experience. The area around the train station is grim and threatening in all the wrong ways. My room stank terribly, everything was sticky, and the carpet threadbare. Open the window for fresh air at your peril, the noise from the road outside is like the soundtrack for a movie about a dystopian future city.

Very easily accessible location. There is no problem whether you are doing business or sightseeing from here. The nearby bars can be noisy on weekends, but otherwise it's a quiet place.

The area is Frankfurt HBF, so it's pretty bad.The hotel is nice, the small bar right at the reception is recommended.The rooms are small, very small, but the price is unbeatable.

The hotel itself is ok.The only problem with the room was that it didn't have a curtain to make it dark, so I woke up as soon as the sun came up because the room was very bright, on the second day I asked for a blanket to cover the window.I have lactose intolerance and asked for lactose-free or vegetable milk on the first day, they said they didn't have it and would provide it for the second day, which didn't happen.The entire staff was very friendly and attentive, there are some problems that are not their fault.Located close to the central station, but the neighborhood is very seedy, I felt very unsafe. Many people lying on the street drunk or drunk, others shouting through the streets clearly drugged, came to offer us something suspicious. We went to a laundromat on the next street and some homeless people kept coming in and out, they were using drugs and sleeping inside, I felt very unsafe.I visited several cities in Germany, the location of this hotel was the only one that left me insecure.I read some reviews before booking, and I read about it, but I thought it was an exaggeration, but it was really true.

Small but neat room.The bed is attached to both sides of the wall, so there is no wasted space. The air conditioning works well and there is a refrigerator.Breakfast is simple.72 euros including breakfast.Highly recommended as a value for money hotel.

Absolutely rude and arrogant! This hotel is not recommended! I booked, paid, but the receptionist didn't respond and left me waiting outside the hotel in the rain for half an hour without giving me a room. Never again! Warning!

Small cozy hotel near the train station. This is of course very central but not really the best area of Frankfurt. Our room wasn't particularly large, but it was clean and modern. Despite the liveliness even at night and on the tram, it is easy to bear with the windows closed and air conditioning. The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very cheap at €8, but the selection is somewhat limited. On Sunday at 0900 there were no more rolls but only toast. It's quite understandable that it's difficult to keep everything in large quantities, but it's still a bit of a shame.

A nice little hotel for a short stay. Our room faced the busy street, so we couldn't open the window. Furthermore, the area is not that outstanding. The hotel is close to the main train station. Breakfast was very little and not that special. The bathroom is very narrow. TV is smaller than a computer screen 😅 all in all pretty solid, but we wouldn't do it again.

We stayed in this hotel in April. What can I say... I don't want to dwell on the rooms, they are small but that's not the main problem.The location is terrible on the border with the red zone, on the first evening not even the uber wanted to take us to the hotel from the airport. The staff, not all of them, were kind, especially a boy at the reception in the morning was rude and not at all consistent in the information he provided to the various guests.

We arrived late on a Wednesday and were dismayed to find that the lock on our door was broken and there were no other rooms available. (This conclusion was reached only after about 20 minutes of someone on staff trying to open the door with various keycards). With little apology, we were sent to a less nice sister hotel three blocks away, called Memphis. It didn’t feel like anyone working at the hotel was especially bothered by this turn of events, which was kind of frustrating. Additional note: our wheelchair didn’t fit into the elevator. Not exactly accessible…

No washcloths, no snacks, no ability to leave the hotel at night to go buy washcloths or snacks because the neighborhood is so dangerous they literally lock you in at night. Just stay in a nice part of town. Take a bus and go. Don't choose this hotel just because it's 4 stars and walking distance to the train station.

Great little hotel near the Frankfurt main train station. The room is clean and modern with plenty of space for a European hotel. The bathroom is fairly spacious, although the shower is tiny. The bed is a little soft and saggy but acceptable. Linens are clean and white. The room has good closet space, A/C, mini fridge and safe. Best of all, a really good breakfast with quality food is included. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies that run the breakfast service. There is a tiny 2-person elevator as well. One small drawback is that the hotel is fairly close to the Hauptbahnhof and the area is a little seedy, but not unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.
