Be carefull with this place when you booked. They offered rooms deluxe and then they give you a simple one with ni windows. . I complained about it and not even offered any kind of refund. At the end I got all my money back and went to another place. Simple they lie so are not trustful

Few words : don’t stay here.Details here:Breakfast is a scam, spoke with booking and they apologised and said that will investigate it and here’s why : so I booked it with booking and breakfast was supposed to be included in the stay as per app, but when I checked in the owner said that it’s an error and the breakfast is not included, only available for additional charge.Overall one of the worst homestays I ever staid in. And I’m travelling on a budget for over 5 months now. Dirty sheets. Mouldy room, awkward shower and toilet. No kettle, cup or even water.But the worst part was the noises outside during ENTIRE night, dog barking and some birds that didn’t stopped even for a second.Wouldn’t stay here again even if for free.For the same price you’ll find much, much better, look at the Agoda or booking.

I didn't receive the room I booked, after talking to the staff they told me it's already occupied. Ehm, what? The pictures are drastically overselling the place. Moldy rooms, dirty bathroom. No towels or soap provided. Find something else, if you can.

The pictures of the mornings are misleading & should be taken down immediately. The homestay should be closed for renovation. The price is cheap because the accommodation is not worth it. The toilet is very dirty. In Ubud I came for yoga & spa and ended up at the psychologist with depression .

My worst experience So dirty bathroom they never came to clean the room or change towels or even for toilet paper !! I wouldn’t go again neither suggest it. Moreover, I never found the receptionist! So I had to leave the money in my room and leave!

Good location, nice people, OK rooms, decent massage, lovely restaurant, except breakfast is only available after 9 am. |However the dog in the courtyard has been barking several times a night for long.|He will waste your sleep time even with earplugs. |

The experience was good overall. Disadvantages: the receptionist was almost never seen (we would have used the laundry or some other service they offered) and there were quite a few power outages during the stay, which was uncomfortable due to the heat, charging the cell phone...

I had the best time in Kacu Guest House !! The location is perfect, right in the center of Ubud! The house is beautiful and we feel at home there, the hosts are super kind and welcoming, I keep great memories with them! Matur Suksama Putu and all you family !! 🙏 I totally recommand this place, I will be back ! 😊

The place is quite comfortable. BUT some of the staff are like spy and want to know our own business. for this one is very uncomfortable. Hopefully in the next time about the service and hospitality, especially for the privacy of each guest will be improved. thanks
