Great staff and very hard working. The hotel itself was very unclean. We didn't feel comfortable at all. The breakfast was also underwhelming. Rolls and croissants totally dry. You have to pay extra for the spa area.

Although the employees were very nice and helpful, I was disappointed. 130 euros a night (okay, it was a trade fair, they charge more) was unreasonable. It is a mystery to me how the positive reviews here on the portal came about. Will they be bought?Or are there a few renovated rooms where everything is great?I changed the room twice because the carpets were in a very dirty condition. Not to mention the walls, the doors covered with foil, chipped door frames, broken floorboards, a shower that didn't drain, and a bad-smelling drain. The third room I was shown was okay. The bed was fine, only the bed linen had a few discolorations. The breakfast room and the organization was a disaster. All the tables were full of dishes, at 8:30 there was hardly any food left and it took a long time to get refilled. The service staff cleaned the tables with a smelly cloth, which then retained the smell. The floor was in rough condition in many places, concrete on which there were probably carpets. This hotel desperately needs a complete renovation and people who can clean. The way there from the train station in the evening was a slalom through drunk, shady people. The cliché of the train station district was completely fulfilled. An absolute failure for me

The roof in my bathroom fell down exposing wires and what appears to be black mold, they wouldn’t let me get a refund for the remaining days in my stay. I’ll never prepay for a long hotel stay again.Hotel is not the cleanest, smells like cigarettes when you walk in, but the rooms smell fine. The rooms are hot, ceiling fans don’t work. They list laundry as an amenity but that’s a lie, when asking the people at front desk about it they told me about a nearby laundromat. The other amenities are *NOT* free or included. They come with a charge of 9 euro per person per day.If you’re booking through Expedia they can’t refund your money because it’s another party that handles it all.

Apart from from the proximity to the central station, my stay at the Savoy Hotel in Frankfurt was very disappointing. The duvet and pillow cover were dusty, and I woke up with a cold. Worse, the bathroom was filthy, with rust and greenish lime buildup on the taps. There were leaking pipes from the floor above, leaving rust stains on the walls and floor. Overall, poor hygiene and maintenance made the stay uncomfortable. I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in on a business trip. Rooms are getting old. The carpet and curtains were completely dirty. The shower in the bathtub was so small that I, being 1.96 m tall, had to bend over to shower. Device testing of electrical devices expired, room very warm. Staff overwhelmed at check-in. Staff nice at check out but unable to issue an invoice. I hope it comes by email. I didn't try breakfast. Significant investments must be made here in order to become somehow acceptable. The train station district really shocked me in the evening. I didn't expect it to be so bad, I felt uncomfortable even as a tall, strong man, the morning was ok. Bright spots: Bathroom clean, water hot. Bed okay and clean, close to the train station if you're in a hurry in the morning (hence the rather good location rating).

I wouldn't give the hotel 4 stars, more like 3. The room had some deficiencies, but was generally clean. Located close to the main station, therefore very central and convenient for transport. 15 minutes walk to the city center/shopping.With pool and sauna 👍

I put 1 because it is not possible to put 0!Horrible both the hotel and the neighborhood! The room was filthy, one wonders when it was last cleaned. Stains on the carpet, the shower with yellow stains everywhere, a toilet brush that has never been washed, a toilet that does not work (evidenced by the presence of a suction cup). When returning to the hall at 9 p.m., prostitutes were having coffee...Horrible, to avoid!!

I checked into the room today, it's a great hotel. The entire room is clean, the shower and toilet are in a very modern design. The reception was very helpful and I spoke to the hotel owner. He is a very polite and helpful person. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location and price of the hotel are incredibly affordable.

Our spontaneous overnight stay at the Savoy Hotel was wonderful. New bathroom, quiet room with a comfortable double bed and a breakfast with everything you need. The staff was very friendly and approachable. The morning walk to the nearby Rhine crowned our stay. Thank you!
