Hotel is located on the worst street in Frankfurt.Drugs are sold in front of the door and taken on site.Even the police don't get out of their cars here.Advantage: Access only 5 minutes from the main train station.

You are brushed off on the phone because the employee doesn't speak German, then a foreman gives you the phone number and asks you to please speak to him. Mr. Hisham or something like that is the name of the unfriendly gentleman foreman on the phone, because he suddenly has two days off in a row and says he doesn't interest me, what about the hotel, go to the hotel and sort out your problem there! The fact is that a tourist/guest's luggage will not be released! Who flies back to his country tomorrow and he doesn't get his things!

In a nutshell. No.I was told to wait 30 minutes because my room wasn't ready yet. When I was able to check in, an exciting room awaited me. The bed wasn't made, there was a deposit in the middle of the room, it was dusty, the door was rattling, it hadn't been ventilated for days, and there was also an extreme smell of food coming from outside & the highlight was the last guest's business in the toilet.As a solution, I was asked to have the cleaning lady spray a room spray once and told me that the room hadn't been cleaned because it was so full (why did I have to wait then?). There was no other room, nor was there another hotel. They didn't want to talk to my company either & when HRS called the gentleman at reception, he hung up in the middle of the conversation & didn't answer the phone anymore.

The single room on the 6th floor was rocking. Completely out of date, unfortunately in the same condition. It doesn't help much if it looks superficially clean.No air conditioning in an area where the smoke from the bars and restaurants blows up into your room, and you should also consider the volume until 1 a.m.Other hotels offer much more in this price range. The hotel really needs a make over. 3 stars are just equipment criteria...- Price-performance not sufficient- Condition of equipment not sufficient- Comfort needs improvementSince the room is given double weight, I can only give it 2 stars.

The old man was afternoon was very unprofessional and he does not know how to talk and shouting and very agressive I was scared of him and they do not give you the room on time and the staff old man is unfriendly he said for me do not talk to me and angry and he said I am tired I said I need my room was 2pm and bopked paid reservation he said wait and talking to me like he is my employer and direspect way and even the old man at evening time was more and same behavior and this hotel was big mistske to reserve it I never have like this in my life and they do not want to help you or even say hi or answer the hi like they are tired to talk or always angry fave and not happy when they see you and the one afternoon was big drama I think he is morocan accent ( old man ) and the one at evening same all the staff are old thats why maybe ...needAnagement to change to young and more energy people staff and 3levator is old also and slow .

I was back to hotel at late Night. I just pulled the door but the old receptionist locked the door from inside so I thought, maybe is it like another key that go through every door like my working place in German. So I tried to unlock the door with hotel’s key **that he gave me only one but he supposed to give me 2-3 because I booked for 3 persons**. My key didn’t even touched the door because it fell to the floor then the old receptionist was shouting at me that I tried to broke the door and shouted at me “auf dem Weg. Du machst die kaputt” Helloooo???? What have I done? I didn’t even do anything wrong. I have been many hotels in my life but only this hotel locked the door from inside like this is his own house not hotel. If you want to keep it so SAFETY just closed it. And ne notice!! Please don’t be rude to anyone even you know or don’t know each other. If you can’t control yourself then you should stay at home. It’s better for you and hotel and everyone

I can only recommend that no one ever stays at this hotel again.Greeting: Shady people greet you when you come in.Elevator: Elevator doesn’t work properly - for example you still need to make a 15cm step upwards since elevator does not stop at bottom. Btw - elevator also doesn’t come when you call it (at least not to the 6th floor).Room: In the room you notice that everything is worn out.Hairdryer: Hairdryer didn’t work and simply turned off after 1min since it overheated. Didn’t work since.Bedbugs: Ah and the bed has bedbugs see pic attached. Would assume that it is everywhere.Didn’t try out breakfast out of fear to dieA big F you to everyone at this place.

Not for families. Rooms are too small and no AC and even fan. First floor is horrible as you can't even open the window as lot of continuous disturbance from road side as trams and other vehicles are always moving.
