Centrally located next to the Kronberger train station. Within walking distance of the city and city park.The new concert hall of the "Kronberg Academy" is next to it.Park conveniently in the underground car park below.Extremely friendly service.You can't hear anything from outside when the windows are closedOnly today there was a very loud to unbearable noise on the cleaning crew's floor until early afternoon... does that have to be true???Breakfast for an extra 20 EUR was more than manageable... unfortunately the nice staff and the fact that you could sit in the cozy inner courtyard didn't make up for it.

One star from me because I find it unacceptable to charge a fee of 10 euros PER HOUR for check-ins before 3 p.m.!!! If you arrive before 10 a.m., you can book the night before to be guaranteed the room. In my opinion this is not appropriate at all!!!I then just canceled my booking because I'm invited to a family celebration at the weekend, which I'm sure I won't interrupt in order to be able to check in for free from 3 p.m. on the dot!!! I've never experienced anything like this anywhere. If you want to spend the night here, you should keep this on your radar! Clearly not a recommendation for me!(The overnight price of 109 euros isn't exactly low either)

Modern and very well maintained hotel. Room with air conditioning, a safe and a bottle of water. Particularly noteworthy: The staff is extremely attentive and courteous. We recommend the restaurant with Austrian flair and corresponding dishes. Very rich breakfast in a cozy atmosphere. The nearby park invites you to take a walk. Clear recommendation!

We had a beautiful, new and spacious double room. You never felt cramped. Good, slightly too soft for me, beds and a large TV screen. There are enough shelves and hanging hooks. The bathroom was clean and large. Shower with rain shower (which, however, only "rained" fine jets - I know it differently) and hand shower. Our bathroom wasn't under water after showering, as we've experienced in other hotels (unfortunately that wasn't the case in our friend's single room). Large sink with magnifying mirror.Outside the room, in the hallway, there was a strange smell. We couldn't figure out what.Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Cheese and sausage quality mediocre. Only a self-service coffee machine - waiting times! Confusing arrangement. You had to look for everything (plates, cups, rolls, juices) first. Service was friendly, sometimes overzealous when clearing up.I saw the fitness room but didn't use it.

Weekend in Kronberg im Taunus.Hotel is very close to the old town + sights + café. With friendly staff, everything was clean, good food/drinks and a good night's sleep.

Reception was VERY unfriendly, received zero information (where is the room, breakfast times, etc.), filled out a form, waited because 5 guests were being served at the same time, was handed a room card and goodbye.Room found, beds not made, dirty towels on the floor... The room hadn't been cleaned at all, check-in is from 3 p.m. and we were there well AFTER that time.We went back and asked for a new room, whereupon they became even more unfriendly towards us, no apology or anything like that, on the contrary. We were still talked to as if we were to blame for the situation (we were the 6th guests at the time to complain about the rooms not being cleaned and dirty).On the way to the New Room, we had to smile at the beautiful red note in the elevator, on which this chain particularly praised itself for its service orientation and friendliness.New room was fine, bathroom etc clean but generally very dustyShower was a decent size and there was enough space in the bathroom.The double bed, fridge and air conditioning were great, but unfortunately the TV was rather bad.Communication was rather difficult with most of the employees, as unfortunately hardly anyone spoke good German.Breakfast buffet was completely adequate (coffee, juice, baked rolls, cereal, etc.), you just had to defend your plate otherwise it would be cleared away.Connection is also good, S-Bahn stop next to the hotel, but you couldn't hear it in the rooms.Just under 15 minutes walk to the old town.Underground car park (for a proud €14 per day), public car park with parking meter was 10 m further.
