We stayed here for one night for a concert in Batschkapp. It was really close and the rooms were very clean. However, we and several others had a problem with self check-in. We were at the hotel at 4 p.m. and you can check in from 3 p.m. We had to wait two hours for our room before we could finally enter it. Unfortunately, the telephone customer service didn't have that many brain cells and couldn't help us.

Perfect for the concert in Batschkapp!Rooms beautifully furnished and worth every cent.Right on the tram. The club is in sight.Unfortunately I was only here for one night, next time I would like to stay longer

We booked through booking.com and paid for a late check-out.However, this was not programmed on the room cards, which is why we had problems and no one could leave the room after 11 a.m. The elevator and room could no longer be used with the card. There were also significant problems during check-in at the self-check in terminals. The telephone customer service was so unfriendly and unable to find a solution that at midnight we were faced with the problem of what to do if one of the two rooms could not be checked in.There was no response to our email complaint despite repeated telephone inquiries. Stay away from this hotel!

I used an apartment for 2 weeks in the middle of September and can only say positive things. Everything was really perfectly clean, even the small kitchenette and everything you needed was there. An apartment has been booked for 3 more weeks around October and will probably continue straight away in November. So far I've always gotten a parking space when I arrived after work. It remains to be seen what the future will bring because the entrance barrier has been open to everyone for two weeks. Let's see what happens if you have booked a parking space and see if there is anything available. Can really recommend the accommodation.

The outside door code took four attempts to get open, at 10:30 at night. No one on the desk to help. Then getting the access card was non intuitive and took ages.THERE IS NO CAFE OR RESTAURANT CLOSE BY. There is nothing except basic furniture in the room. It Is soulless like an empty office. Soundproofing is good but then the room is too hot. The blockout curtains are good.The hotel is opposite the station and is miles from anywhere.Coffee machine in lobby is very good.

I was worried when I saw the many bad reviews, but it seems like they were fake reviews, (and there was one with a story of someone who claimed the reception stole their cat??!). My friends and I stayed here because we went to a concert at batschkapp, and it was great. It's 2 minutes away from the venue, 2 minutes away from the tram station and will probably be popular with concert goers in the future. The coffee machine in the lobby made good coffee, and the room was nice. The only problem was the drain in the shower, which smelled of mould.I will stay here again if I visit batschkapp in the future.

The room was as described, but unfortunately not completely clean and a set of bed linen was missing. With the latter, after we were able to reach someone in the evening, we were helped out and we were able to get a replacement ourselves in the basement. The mattresses in our room were very hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the night was also very hot and the small fan in the room was hardly helpful. Unfortunately, opening the window wasn't an option due to the four-lane street layout and the (and very loud) tram that runs through at night. We ended up getting about 3 hours of sleep total.Especially with a new building, we couldn't understand why there was no need for air conditioning

First of all, it is advertised: Apartment in Frankfurt. with the corresponding photos: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, work area.But if you then go to the booking advert, you will no longer be talking about an apartment, but rather about “Living in Frankfurt”. Kitchen is a shared kitchen.But okay, ultimately no problem. The refrigerators were so full of other residents that some people put their milk in the freezer out of desperation.The floor of the bedroom was sandy. you couldn't go barefoot.But okay, ultimately no problemThe room was overheated. Almost 30 °C. The window could be opened, but couldn't stay open when you were away because it was on the mezzanine floor. Easy entry would be possible.There was no AirCon. A small fan was really working hard. The temperature did not drop during the night. But okay, ultimately no problem. Just bad luck.So open the windows at night. The tram comes by 4 times an hour, at least until 3 a.m. In one direction. And 4 times in the other direction. So loud that you think it's driving across the room.Two street lamps directly in front of the window. Saves lighting in the room. The curve of the road (motorway feeder road), which is also busy at night, is designed so that the headlights shine directly into the room. But the curtain didn't close because of an impending suffocation attack. Always after almost 30°C in the room.Conclusion: After a sweaty night, quickly leave this place early in the morning. Email to the landlord SMARTments has not yet been answered. Cancellation possible but with loss of advance payment. So €500 wasted.NEVER AGAIN

All in all, a solid place to stay for one night if you just need somewhere to sleep.TOP:After my first room wasn't cleaned, I was immediately given a new room without any hassle. That was a great service.FLOP:The first room I got was not cleaned. My second room is missing the toiletries advertised on the website. The room was incredibly warm, opposite was a construction site with power generators that were constantly humming, so it was impossible to leave a window open at night. There were no curtains in the room, which made it possible to look directly into the room from the construction site opposite. Since people worked on the construction site from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., there was no privacy at all. I couldn't pull the curtains because they would have been completely darkened and no air would have come into the room. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, which should probably be usable. I wanted to use it, but suddenly the employee interrupted me saying that it was defective and couldn't be used today. It's just strange that no errors or anything else are displayed on the machine.

The service is disrespectful and the accommodation is unpleasant, I came there on business and was treated badly, but it's not as described, I booked an apartment and surprisingly it's not an apartment but a normal hotel room and they have a smelly common kitchen !!!!! I paid for three nights and was uncomfortable. Outrageous!!!Nevertheless it is far away from Frankfurt city and the location is boring!!!!!!!!I wouldn't recommend it because it's too expensive!!!!!!😂😂😂😂

I have stayed a complete month in this property. Self check in is advance and the whole building is completely new. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new (Bed - Sofa - New Toilet - Hair Dryers - Desk and a mini fridge with 2 Closets) , the 24/7 support is always available and you simply need to cross the road taking U4 or U7 to the center (12minutes). The lobby is very pleasant to stay, Free coffee, tea and water available. On each floor is a kitchen that has everything you need (Microwave - Stove - Dishwasher - Big fridge) - The whole building operates by access cards generated on check in. The Receptionist Sonja Berthold is VERY helpful and friendly she is always available for any inquiries with a smile on her face ! Let me be very honest Quality/Price relation, this is a 200/100. Give it a try !

The rooms are really modern, it's a pity that there is no small stove or kettle in the rooms (the place in the corner for a stove is perfect). I don't like the shared kitchen. If it weren't for the service ladies, it would be one big pigsty. Renovations are understandable+for free coffee

Despite a few shortcomings, the stay at the hotel is very pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the kitchen is well-equipped. As for the disadvantages, there is no hot water at certain hours. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the center. The place is still under renovation, but it is worth recommending.

I do not recommend this hotel due to several points:- karaoke party that lasted from 8 p.m. until 3 a.m. in the underground parking lot-lack of hot water in the shower and sink- renovation of the hotel, which should end on Friday (March 15, 2024) according to the owner, and is still ongoing-small parking lot occupied by heavy construction equipment.I don't say hello.
