We had a room with a sofa bed for the children. The room very small. Otherwise clean. Unfortunately the air conditioning couldn't be changed and it was 23 degrees in the room. And there was only one blanket for 2 people. It was too late in the evening and we didn't feel like organizing new ones. The staff was very nice. Connection to the city center with public transport is very possible. It's quite a walk on foot. There are no restaurants in the surrounding area, but it's about a 20-minute walk away. The breakfast was good.

I've been to many budget hotels, but none even come close to how atrocious this was. We payed 600 plus euros for 3 days for the worst hotel experience of my life! Arrived to a "tidy room". Bedsheets had been changed but seems nothing else had been cleaned. The lights in the room were very dim and they a strange swinging door in the bathroom. There were spiderwebs in the corners of our room and the carpet was dingy. Towels seemed to have just been thrown into the bathroom. Our shampoo bottle was empty. The TV remote controls batteries were dead and when we tried to call reception we discovered that not even the PHONE worked! When the rooms were cleaned they did not supplies with clean mugs or more tea/coffee/milk. There's construction all around the hotel which was noisy and difficult to navigate. They did not send arrival instructions EVEN though all the roads were under construction and the only bus that went there's bus stop had been moved and was hard to find. The cleaners entered our room without KNOCKING at 8 o'clock in the morning! Knocked once and immediately let themselves in the morning before (at 9 o'clock)so it seems to be a pattern. Cleaners also yell to eachother down the hallways in the early mornings. The room itself looked old and beat up. Would not ever recommend this hotel! Do not go!

1 night with breakfast due to a concert in the Festhalle Frankfurt. Two moms with 11 year old kids (4 people) in the family room.Arrived by car. Day parking ticket used at the hotel. Checked in relaxed. All employees, whether at reception or in service, are very friendly at all times. Room tip top clean. Mattresses very comfortable even on sofa bed. Among other things, kettle, iron, hairdryer, shower gel. Breakfast is great, everything that makes children's and adults' hearts jump. The pancake machine was a hit for our teens. For us grown-ups, the Bircher muesli, fruit salad with fresh fruits including mango, pineapple, as well as a variety of rolls, jams, sausage, cheese, spices. There are also high-quality, diverse types of tea and very good, delicious coffee drinks and much more. in a friendly atmosphere. Trade fair and festival hall not far away. We treated ourselves to a taxi to the festival hall. We felt very comfortable in the hotel. Rooms very well heated. (Mid-October). Price performance mega. We'd love to come back. Our kids thought it was cool too.Perfect, large mirrors for putting on make-up and styling for going to a concert, back at night, slept really well, had a delicious breakfast in the morning. 😋 Everything you needed was there.

Very nice staff, rooms very clean, unfortunately the air conditioning cannot be adjusted. Mega delicious and rich breakfast. The location is ideal for trips, bus stop on site. Parking available for a fee, this was not communicated.

One of the weakest HI Express in Germany, which is unfortunately primarily due to the staff.I've been here many times - it doesn't get any better.The only advantage is that breakfast starts before 6:00 a.m.Sorry, the competition is too strong for that
