Were there as a couple in July. In my opinion, the mattresses were worn and worn out. As a result, I had very bad sleep. The furnishings and cleanliness weren't really great either. The cupboard was defective from the start, as was the locking device on the window. The furniture and the bathroom are just worn out and no longer nice. The air conditioning function is a complete joke.

When you call the hotel directly, you don't get any information about rooms and prices, but are referred to the various hotel portals... You know what to expect as a guest at the hotel if the "receptionist" has no idea about the prices. It's not a 4 star hotel chain...

Unfortunately my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. In addition to the constant noise in the room, which sounded like a fan every 15 minutes and had a massive impact on sleep, the sink was also clogged. Despite my complaint to the staff, I was not offered another room because apparently there was no other available.For the price and standard of a 4-star hotel, I would have expected much more. No solution or compensation for these deficiencies was offered, which had a very negative impact on my stay.

A hovel! Rooms dirty, furniture has seen better days, air conditioning broken, shower clogged, towels frayed, coffee and tea service not available, soap dispenser broken, shower soap dispenser empty....breakfast offer in the "hotel around the corner"When asked to fill up the soap dispenser and clean the drain, at least the drain was cleaned, the dispenser remained empty.

Stay away from this hotel - seriously.
I thought „better here then nowhere“, I was wrong. Ugly, dirty everywhere and loud. I wish I had slept at the main station waiting for my train.

People leaving bad reviews are unfairly harsh. It's a nice hotel, super centrally located, and the reception staff have been really friendly and helpful. It's not super smart, but it's good value, cleaned every day , and the worst thing I could say is that it seems to be more Moroccan themed than Oriental.

BEDBUGS!!!!We stayed for 3 nights although we booked for 4 as there are bedbugs in the hotel, we were afraid to go to sleep in the evening because we were waking up with new bites each morning. Even though we left 1 day earlier and showed the receptionist the bites, we never got any refund - the receptionist gave us a card to "contact the manager" but we never heard back.Apart from this nightmare, the rest of the stay was bad too. The room was dirty with glass on the floor, the shower was dripping and leaking, the card to enter the room didn't work properly and had to be reset often, some of the lights didn't work, the window shutter was broken, there was constant noise (ventilation?), the mini fridge smelled bad etc.

Do not book! I stayed 3 awful days at this place. If you can look for an alternative. The rooms were dirty, air conditioning was broken, mold in the fridge, pests in the room and the walls/doors are not soundproof. The desk was a joke and had a ridiculously small workspace. There were no towels in the room upon arrival and the window was broken, too. Overall I slept less than 4h per night due to the noise level and the airless room. The worst part was the ignorant staff. My first and second friendly complaint was ignored and when I requested a compensation for the inconvenience of 2 sleepless nights, they responded disrespectfully and made it pretty clear that they had no interest in the well-being of their guests. The homeless man near the entrance was the nicest person nearby. At least he wished good morning each time we met. On the plus side: the hotel is located closely to Frankfurt main station and you get there in 5min walk. But I can say never again!

A colleague booked the hotel for one night because we were traveling to FFM from work. Had a very restful night here after a pretty tiring day. The rooms were really nicely decorated and reminded me of my vacation in Morocco. I really can't understand the poor overall rating of the hotel, I was more than satisfied.

The room, much to our surprise, was actually nice and clean. There were some stains on the wall and the floor, but having read the other reviews, we were pleased that our bed, bathroom, and table were clean. The neighborhood is obviously a bit sketchy but we walked to the hotel at night as 2 women and didn't feel unsafe. Obviously not the best hotel ever, but it's good for the price & for a short stay.

Attention: Read TWICE!I booked a Standard Double Room. I checked in at 2, the 2 towels on the bed were wet, one of them contained 2 pieces of hair, and the other one was torn as it had been used for years. I took a quick shower as I had to my schedule to catch up with my partner. 5 hours later, I came back with my partner and this time I had more time to analyse the room. Here are the details:- Blood was on the door and in the bathroom next to the sink, that was disgusting since no one at that moment could tell if it was safe to stay nearby. I went to the receptionist to report that, he came, checked and said he will get back to me in a few minutes. We waited for around 15 minutes, I went to search for him, he came back and said he refused to change the room since “No one was going to clean”.- The floor: I attached the photos below, as you can see the hairs and dirt were still visible when we turned on the light, it was like the room was uncleaned by the routine or the person who was in charge was in such a rush that didn’t spend enough time to clean the room.I booked another hotel nearby and checked out immediately. I travel a lot, and this hotel is by far the worst. This hotel and its service should be removed by Hotels.com and related websites/organisations.

Unfortunately we didn't have a nice stay here either. The courtyard we had to walk through was a little strange because there were always men sitting there staring at you. After we arrived we went to bed and then a lady came INTO OUR ROOM! That doesn't work at all. An apology was made and the door was closed again, but what's the point? We're definitely not coming back. By the way, a window was open the whole time and you couldn't close it. It's cheap, but that doesn't justify the circumstances there.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception area was clean and smelt lovely. No parking on site , the secure car park over the road charges you €33 for 24 hours! The room was a lovely decor. Bathroom was pleasent. Bed was really comfy. The room would benefit from a really good clean and a few little details being fixed but overall a good place to stop at a very good price.
