Disastrous hotel, if it can even be called a hotel. I arrived in Darmstadt late in the evening (around 9:30 p.m.) and there was no staff in sight, just a check-in machine. I booked the room through Check 24. Unfortunately, I couldn't check in using the Check 24 details at the machine. Somehow I managed to book a room, but had to pay again at the machine. The rooms are just creepy and plastic. I felt like I was in a horror house. To Check 24: Please take the hotel out of your portal, that doesn't work. Absolutely not recommended. I've never experienced anything like that, but I'm not demanding. I have to give a star to send a statement, but it doesn't deserve one. Sorry.

Check-in is an annoying self-service thing. We were lucky to have staff downstairs. There is no front desk for the "Felix" side of this thing and the other one wouldn't let you check in and send you over. The floor was dirty and the shower smelt like the drains hadn't been cleaned in a few years. The bed light switches didn't work. Only one soap dispenser in the shower, none by the sink.We booked a room for two, but were missing the second blanket the first night. Fortunately, calling got someone from the front desk of the Darmstadt half of the hotel to show up about 20 minutes later to bring a second blanket. This split thing is quite weird.

Unfortunately, due to the rush, I read the reviews too late and then hoped that they weren't true!Unfortunately we find it so bad here that we are canceling our stay.First of all, checking in at the machine didn't work for us or for many others. Annoying because we arrived late in the evening by train with our tired child. Then we could go to the “room”. When you enter, the first thing you think of is that it must have been a hospital room before. Unfortunately, the panels next to the beds were anything but clean. Then came the toilet! It smelled a lot like old urine. After a closer look, it's no wonder, because the walls and corners were really disgusting. Due to the late time, we stayed one night and left the next day.The vending machines for drinks etc. have apparently been empty for a long time. So you should definitely at least organize drinks in advance

Wow, if you like 90s psycho clinic flair, you've come to the right place. Registering at the machine didn't work for 7 people, the elevator doesn't sound very trustworthy and the overall impression is simply not inviting.

Attention: Small bugs in the shower cubicle (absolute no-go!)I hope that I was an isolated case.Otherwise the room was good in terms of price/performance ratio. The toilet is small, the bed is comfortable, the location is very good. So otherwise absolutely ok for a short trip, if it weren't for the little bugs that live in the cracks of the shower cubicle.

As soon as we arrived we were guided through the check-in by an employee at the machine. Great service. Top 👍🏼

Good value for money. At €200 for 3 nights it was the cheapest hotel I found in Darmstadt. The cleanliness of the room was okay, but not much more. Unfortunately the coffee machine in the lobby didn't work.
