This is the umpteenth time I have used the services of this hotel during business trips, and the service and support of the apartments are always at the highest level! The responsiveness of the support staff is wonderful! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, automatic check-in 24 hours a day, lockers where you can leave your things in case of early or late arrival.

I stayed with Brera for two months. August and September, because of a work trip to Frankfurt.When I arrived, I checked in at the machines, and it was very easy. Upon entering the room, everything was perfectly organized and clean. But, it doesn't have air conditioning. This is a fatal error. In the middle of 2024, not having air conditioning in a hotel is something surreal.But apparently, there is no air conditioning in all of Germany. It's incredibly hot in the summer, and you can't have air conditioning because "people get sick"Big bullshit.Anyway, my start with Brera was perfect, they accommodated my request for a fan in the room, along with an iron.Problems began to appear in the following weeks. Every time my apartment was cleaned, it was something surreal. It didn't smell clean, and they only used the broom in the main areas of the room. A lot of dust on the furniture, under the bathroom sink, the filthy window glass, as well as the spider webs on the ceiling.I had to clean my apartment, so I could have a really clean environment, I even removed the cobwebs. I don't mind doing this, but when you pay for this service to be done, you expect it to be done well at the very least!The bedding also leaves something to be desired. It's as if an adult wanted to wear children's clothes. The pillowcases didn't cover the pillow, and the sheet was perfect, only if you didn't lie on the bed.In these two months, I found 4 spiders and 6 moths in my room. Which shows that the place is poorly cleaned.At the door of the hotel, it looks like a smoking lounge. 24 hours a day, there are people smoking. It's the cigarette club. You pass by and the smell of cigarettes hits you. It's funny that what's bad is air conditioning, cigarettes are good!In my last week, the cleaning woman didn't change the bathroom trash, and didn't put garbage bags in the kitchen trash. Incredible!Oh, and every Sunday (impressively) there comes a smell of sewage from the shower drain! What reason? I don't know, but apparently, I noticed that a lot of people complain about this too.I think the cleaning team needs to be renewed. Put people who want to work. And use cleaning products. Your cleaning doesn't smell like anything, it looks like you clean it with just water.And please, AIR CONDITIONING! Your summer isn't long, but no one deserves to die from the heat for two months! Do you have heaters in the bedroom and bathroom, but don't invest in air conditioning? No one can be cold, but is the intense heat released?Buy portable air conditioning! It’s not possible that they don’t have the budget for this.Obviously the hotel has positive points, such as the location, which is great, it has an exclusive laundry room at an affordable price, but you need to buy your soap, and this is not mentioned, you find out for yourself.I don't know if the other Brera units are like this too, but this one in Frankfurt west was something that started very well, but ended very badly!

Easy check-in with precise instructions and easy-to-use machines. Very clean, but when we arrived there was probably a strong smell of fish from the previous tenant, but after an hour of airing it was gone. The apartment's facilities are simple but good. Everything you need. However, we had rented for 3 people and it was only prepared for 2 people. However, after notification, this was promptly corrected, so the service implemented it very quickly.I would book here again.

Wonderful apartments. Quiet and clean. Fair prices. With the app and the information, everything is possible. Check-in apparatus a bit complicated. Very good location. West train station 10 minutes away on foot. Everything perfect. Come back.

Modern, tidy and in very good condition. Clean and new. The hotel is newly built, everything is new in it, but the fact that they don't have an air conditioner in the room in 2024 is not something to praise.In June, when the temperature outside was 32 degrees, it was even higher in the room.During the 4 days we spent in this hotel, we did not receive room cleaning or new towels even once. There were hotels for 40e per day, but we still decided on this one, even though the price is 75e per day, for that figure I think it is quite correct to have an air conditioner.

Superb apartments building on a superquite and good communicated neighbourghood. Nice restaurants nearby and grocery stores as well. Just to say something personally negative, to say the kitchenette is quite just and is close to the bed, making cooking sometimes a bit difficult (in odour therms) Frankly well maintained and cleaned, amazing bathroom. Really nice option to stay.

Overall we had a good time. Cute, comfortable and good location for what I was interested in. The girl at the reception was very kind, plus she spoke Italian and that was very good. We stayed 4 nights, so we didn't have any cleaning or towel changes. I didn't like this. They told me that the change and cleaning is weekly. I consider it unfavorable. At least the cleaning: it can't be weekly. The dust is daily!Still very nice, apart from the aforementioned flaws.

Far from the city (10-15 minutes to Frankfurt West, then S-Bahn). Very small rooms (especially for the price), security issue: definitely don't leave anything valuable in the rooms.Staff was friendly, app also works well.Update: There was a comment that I should contact Brera - but unfortunately no one answered me. An expensive valuable item was stolen from my room, there are no cameras in the hallway and no safe in the room.

ABSOLUTELY WORST hotel in my life: cockroaches in the bed with hairs on the pillowI have lost so much money because I couldn’t work with this awful wi-fiHorrible internet: it constantly disappears, literally every day, the speed drops to 1.5 mb, sometimes the network just drops without the ability to connect, I can connect to 3 different devices but the internet will only be only on one, this is the worst wi-fi that I have ever had in my entire life, Mcdonalds have much better internet.On the 12th day appeared ticking in my room, it was impossible to sleep so I asked to solve it so they gave me another roomSo in both rooms it was:unsanitary conditions: there was lots of hairs of different shape in bad also as a cockroachesHair clogged drain from past tenantsConstant stench of sewage that NEVER leaves the bathroom for a minute and is carried throughout the room. I LITERALLY CANT TAKE A SHOWER OR USE THE TOILET BECAUSE OF THE STINK 24/7 in bathroomThe hotel is right next to the railroad, from which the noise of the terrible Deutsche Bahn will be heard very often.As often as your neighbor's snoring, by the way.The contingent of the hotel leaves much to be desired: the stench of drug use is commonplace at 3-4 in the morning.The walls are worn and cracked, they are not painted for a long timeStuff is also washing the floor rags in washing machine downstairs where hotel guest wash their clothes. The booking process via the website went smoothly. The hotel is very well located for Frankfurt trade fair visitors and can be easily reached by train from the main station. I traveled for business and only arrived at the hotel in the evening. You could check in in advance online or via an app. Check-in at the hotel was completely contactless at a terminal without any problems. The apartment room was very clean, newly renovated, modernly furnished and had everything you would need for a longer stay. The double bed size was also great despite booking as a single bed.I would book again and again.

Not even the door in the apartment is easy to open... On the first day I didn't even notice it so anyone could get into my room at night, that has nothing to do with security. You need a lot of strength to open it as well as to close the door.

I have spent over 3 months there while being on a secondment. The location is perfect, it is a calm, modern neighborhood with nice supermarkets and free parking on the street.The team was very helpfull and was available for us 24/7.Overall it was good experience and money well spent.

Terrible.The first impression is good and a lot of effort is put into cleanliness and service - but the whole house is so obviously built on economy that it's no longer fun:Insanely alert,the bed in the bedroom is adjacent to the thin wall with the kitchenette in the neighboring apartment (which requires good timing when it comes to sleep and possibly appointments with the neighbor),the drains in the bathroom stink like hell and offer optimal conditions for mosquito breeding even in November,The seating in my apartment was consistently stained, as were the walls.Maybe good for a short time and a tight budget,bad for those who are looking for peace and a feeling of home for weeks.
