This is my second time stay at Mangosteen, my first experience here wasn’t as good as second one, and I believe there’s many factors. But I like to look from the brightside, there’s improvement here. …

The rooms are unique. Lots of cement cement. Vintage minimalism. However, there aren't many choices on the breakfast menu, you have to order the day before because it has to be prepared first, the only choices are fried rice and fried noodles. The location is also not on the side of the road, when we arrived at the place, we were confused about where the hotel was because we thought we were at the right point (using Google Maps), actually we already knew the location/position of this hotel, which made us not I'm sure because there are no hotel signs on the side of the road, for example large signboards or billboards. This hotel is located right behind the cafe, and coincidentally the cafe was also closed even though we arrived at around 10 pm. After we tried to enter the alley next to the cafe, we found this hotel there. Parking also only fits two cars. The rest will definitely park on the side of the main road which is not that big. We only stayed one night, at around 2pm when we were resting we heard the sound of footsteps on the stairs next to the room very loudly, coincidentally the only one who heard the sound was my roommate. When I woke up, the room lights were flickering. I had time to think, whether this was just a slight technical glitch or something mystical. The pool is also a little quiet, for some reason
