Room size and breakfast buffet are good. But the rooms are dirty, the shower is moldy, the windows are broken, and my hand mirror was missing. In general, the rooms are never fully equipped. Either the hairdryer is missing or there is no chair..

Super modern room. Very clean and you can find free drinks in the minibar. The staff (especially at breakfast) were very friendly and helpful. Otherwise there was also a great selection of food. Super close to the trade fair!

Went there for 2 nights for the book fair. Room was clean and sufficient for my purposes. Even had a bathtub. I can't say much about the service... had "Do not disturb" hanging outside.Breakfast was varied and delicious.I think the walk to the fair was 15 minutes, so totally ok...

The room smelled extremely of cigarette smoke when we arrived, there was no other room because the hotel was completely booked. Opening the window to ventilate was only possible to a limited extent, as the room is located on a busy main road and train tracks. Construction work and aircraft noise in addition. Breakfast below average, no quality and everything has to be regulated by 2 people including reception. Cutlery and dishes were dirty and so was the room. Coffee machine was broken. Employees tried to do what they could, but not much was possible. Definitely not a recommendation

Great hotel in Frankfurt. Price absolutely unbeatable.The only point of criticism would be that the lobby is only occupied by an employee from 1 p.m. This means you cannot hand over your suitcases etc. if you are already in Frankfurt beforehand.If you take this into account, it is a top hotel in a top location for the price.

Two rooms booked, no TV worked. Cleanliness in the rooms was poor. A functioning air conditioning would be desirable.Breakfast buffet was small. The coffee and tea machine didn't work. The dishes were dirty and the juices were not replenished.

Hotel has its best years behind it! For a four star hotel, a bit too used look! Here and there quite a bit, some would say rocked out. The temperature in the room is difficult to regulate technically. Nothing was possible below 22°, with the windows open and the air conditioning running. And that at outside temperatures of around 15°. Minibar in the room cannot be used because the refrigerator in the cupboard is literally suffocating. Drinks are all warm, incorrect installation of the refrigerator, it has no ventilation. Breakfast is okay if coffee and tea weren't missing. A no go - there aren't even any alternatives available in the form of thermos flasks. Not enough parking spaces for the size. All in all just for the location, close to the trade fair.

The location is good, after moving the room 3 times the TV worked, the armchair in one was broken (not usable at all) 3-4 times we asked to change the toilet brush (very disgusting) nothing happened, the same for the air conditioning. We had 18 G and it wasn't getting any cooler.Parking fee 29 EU.Coffee and tea making facilities would be good.Drinks in the minibar are free.

The stay started with towels only available for one person and the fridge not working. These deficiencies have been remedied, but we expect for a 4-star hotel that this will be checked in advance.This was accompanied by what felt like 30 degrees in the room because the supposed air conditioning wasn't working properly. The staff tried to repair it, unfortunately without success. What was surprising afterwards was that according to the hotel management there is no air conditioning at all. Given the staff's efforts to get the original "air conditioning" to cool down, no one else seems to know this. It is also questionable how it could have been pleasantly cool in the lobby and in the rooms of friends traveling with us.During the second day, the entire computer system in the hotel stopped working. No check-ins were possible and the room cards were also deactivated. So in the evening you had to call the number on file at reception and wait for the staff, who would then let you into your room. There was no check to see whether it was actually your own room.To top it all off, the hot water didn't work on the second night until we left. It was nice to cool down considering the heat in the room, but we prefer at least a lukewarm shower. When asked on site, a technician was on the way. According to the hotel management, something went wrong at a construction site in the Europaviertel and the water was turned off everywhere. Funny how the Motel One in the same area wasn't affected.As compensation, a free breakfast was offered on the next stay. This definitely won't happen. We have never experienced such poor customer service even in 1 star hotels in Albania.

If you visit the fair in Frankfurt, I recommend it only in terms of location and price. Everything else doesn't work in this hotel. Service is lacking. One person at the reception despite the hotel being full. The TV doesn't work in the room, the internet doesn't seem to be there, you can connect but the data transfer is poor. As for cleanliness, I recommend wearing flip-flops when taking a shower. The tables are not cleaned up after previous guests at breakfast. You have to move the dirty plates yourself if you want to eat on an empty table. I do not recommend it, and in fact I advise against it.

Bad room but good location for the World Club DomeUnfortunately the rooms were in very poor condition. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired - dirty bed linen and towels, a dirty floor and hair everywhere. We also only had cold water for 1 1/2 days, which according to the hotel was due to the unions. However, the service was fine.The location is positive, especially for the World Club Dome. There is a large gallery nearby with various shops, restaurants and a Rewe.

Don't forget to request your invoice directly from reception if you need one. You chase after them for weeks via email and calls. Rude on the phone. Referrals are made back and forth via email. This makes the competition far better.

Check in was good. The employee tries hard. After my razor fell off the bed and slipped under the bed, I thought it was herpes. Dust and dirt under the bed. There is also a sock and tissues from the previous tenant. The television didn't turn on. When I got new batteries I discovered that there are only two programs. The shower wall was left out by the cleaning staff.At breakfast the tea water was cold and you had to look for clean glasses. There is no service. Even when the tables are cleared, they are dirty and the trash cans are full.
