Very well located in Ubud and quiet, which is rare). The room is spacious and clean; lack of light in the room; The bathroom ceiling is very damaged. Small downside: we had to share the swimming pool with the neighboring room and there is no parking at the hotel. Breakfast is basic but okay.Very friendly staff, thank you Kadek and Gusman.

These villas here in ubud were amazing, location is so central to everything, and the best food and service was provided. Would highly recommend, staff were so kind and helpful too! Definitely coming back next time!!

Sender pool suites in Ubud was absolutely beautiful, Nice relaxing little villa with big bed and bathroom area. Even has own private pool and room service! Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Will definitely be back! Already miss it!! Thanks guys

Rooms were beautiful but no wardrobe. Mosquitoes a serious problem, beds have mosquito net but it makes it warm and very uncomfortable. You need to wear spray at all times even going to bed which is sticky.Air con in room ok but not fantastic. Bathroom felt like a sauna as no air-con or fan.Unfortunately TV stations did not work but wasnt an issue as we didnt need it much. Wfi good.Location is brilliant and staff are excellent too.

We chose this place due to its convenient location, approximately a 10-minute walk to the center of Ubud.Wanting some privacy, we booked a double villa room with a private pool. The pool was very nice and cleaned regularly. As we visited just after Covid, the on-site restaurant was closed. However, this wasn't an issue, as there were plenty of dining options on the street (Jl Bisma).The area offered many convenience stores and laundrettes which came in handy during our five-night stay.A Few Minor Points to Consider:The rooms were perfectly adequate for a couple, but they lacked space for hanging clothes and drawers. There was also no ironing board available. While this wasn't a problem for us, it might be an inconvenience for others. It's unclear if this is a temporary issue.Some nights, there was noise from a local warung with live music. However, this didn't prevent us from sleeping.The bathrooms could benefit from a slight update, as they appeared a bit worn out.

requested for a little maker over as it was our anniversary, which Gus and his team obliged. paid a small fee for that, but wow! oh, they had even prepared a cake, grateful! we had arrived pretty late but Gus had his staff waited for us to present the room, then the cake. communication had started via their official email which then went on to WhatsApp to convenient things. we requested for airport pick up too, after agreeing to a fee. the same staff then drove us to our next hotel days later, from Ubud to Kuta (a small fee was agreed upon too). location's amazing, you step out onto a street full of restaurants and cafes. exit this street and you hit the bustling busy Ubud main road. oh, a convenient store sits jus beside the hotel's entrance too. staff are always smiling ☺. Good location, but close to the road and can hear all the noises, playing band from the nearby restaurant and singing frogs and other insects. If you are light sleeper , I do not recommend this place. But room is nice. Has everything you need. Breakfast was limited but good.

The best thing in Obud, in the center, with a big room, a big toilet, a big pool, a perfect surprise awaited us for the honeymoon, they really had a great time!!! The staff is helpful and kind!!!

We loved our stay here at The Sender, Gus and the staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The private pool area and surrounding grounds were always kept spotless. Breakfast was always fresh and a good variety

A wonderful 4 day stay on September 23rd in one of the 6 very well maintained suites. The host is one of the friendliest people we have met. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily and the furniture was like new. Two suites always share a pool. We liked it very much. The only small drawback is that in the evenings you can hear live music from a neighboring restaurant until around 10.30 p.m.

Decent but noisy stay in Ubud. Loud live music every night in the restaurant on the property. Dogs and traffic kept us awake. Very humid and funky smelling villa/room, we even had fungus on the wall in the bathroom. Could have been cleaned as well. The staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was just ok. I think there are better and more relaxing places in Ubud.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very conveniently located. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Plenty of facilities provided, including ear plugs to block out noise from the nearby bar. We used the private pool almost every day! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ita who booked several activities for us (cycling tour, cooking class and massages). We had an amazing time here and definitely look forward to coming back some day!

Lovely small hotel with quirky rooms, beautiful pools and very friendly and helpful staff. After our pre-arranged pick up from the airport failed arrive the hotel reimbursed us and also provided a free breakfast. Would highly recommend for your time in Ubud
