Advise!Cozy accommodation in this family home. Simple rooms but certainly characteristic of the place, I prefer them to a Western-style hotel. Breakfast served on the veranda, I loved their pancakes. 🥞 Perfect location for visiting Ubud on foot, without having to take public transport (it's convenient since there's a lot of traffic) 🚶🚶I RECOMMEND organizing activities and places to visit in Bali with them (rafting 🛶, trekking to Mount Batur 🌋, rice fields 🌾, temples ⛩️ and more) they know the places and have contacts to get excellent prices

Had a lovely stay at this accommodation.It was more of a home stay than a hotel as the family also live at the property but they are super friendly.The standard is simple but it’s excellent value for what you get. I would certainly stay again.

The location is great, the people are super nice and the service is good, but unfortunately the rooms smell a little like sewage pipes from the bathroom and the windows unfortunately couldn't be opened, so we had to leave the room doors open, but still a good place to stay for the price The location in the middle of Ubud is perfect and you could sleep quietly and comfortably despite the loud and heavy traffic

Friendly peeps, but the rooms are a bit lacking. Our room was a bit smelly and very simple but clean. But the location is really great: there are some good restaurants, supermarkets and spas close by. The famous monkey Forest sanctuary is very close by. For like 10$ / Night you get what you expect. :)

Fairly good. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive, they helped us with everything. They gave us all the information about the excursions (Mount Batur, Monkey Forest, temples...) and also provided us with the transfer to the Gili Islands. It is located in an alley and is the first entrance. It is located near several restaurants, supermarkets and exchange offices. The Monkey Forest is less than 15 minutes walk away. You can book the excursions right there (it is cheap and reliable).

Excellent accommodation. It is the second time I have returned to this place because I loved it. It has a very affordable price, the rooms are comfortable although basic. The family provides many services that I recommend hiring (laundry, breakfast, guides and transportation). They do everything with a lot of love, care and respect. Lanuz is the owner, he speaks Spanish and is a tour guide, so he loves to tell about his culture. I strongly recommend hiring your guide services. Incredible place and I highly recommend it.

Its in the center of monkey forest, alot of shops, restaurants and mini markets near by walking distance from the market. At first i thought it will look alittle dreamy like the pictures from booking but it grew on me. Water pressure is not so great. No ac in the room, but theres a power led next to bed the fan isnt so bad i wasnt too hot. The room is great is u will be out all day. The family is great and very welcoming 🤍

Great location for ease of getting to central ubud and lots of food/bars nearby.Friendly staff and good service from the teams.Rooms comfortable and clean, could have done with an extra pillow which I was told wasn’t possible. Otherwise, no major complaints.
