Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Loved the continental breakfast. The only issue is that my room was right by the big avenue which remained quite loud despite the windows being closed all the time.

Unfortunately, I had very bad experiences with this hotel. I had to stay there for a week for training.The day after I left, I developed a rash. I never had any problems with my skin before. I suspect it's a fungal infection. I will see a dermatologist soon. Most likely it is a disease such as tinea corporis.As a doctor, I know for a fact that these rashes were caused by the poor hygiene in this hotel.I was also very surprised that guests were allowed to bring their dogs into the hotel.I also observed that the cleaner first cleaned the toilet with gloves and then changed the bed linen and towels with the same gloves. You can probably imagine how much bacteria and fungi were transferred from the toilet to the gloves to the bed linen and towels.I can only advise against this hotel. Think twice before getting rashes or sleeping on bed linens or drying your face with towels that contain bacteria and fungi from the toilet that are contaminated with germs caused by the cleaner's unhygienic practices.I'm considering suing the hotel.Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to upload pictures of my rashes (Google rules).Saaid MalloukDoctor in further training in general medicine

We were in Limburg for two days and I wouldn't want to stay in this hotel anymore.The location, excellent for the old town. Despite the federal highway, we knew that beforehand.I called twice and asked to be given a room at the back and was told this. And what did I get, a room almost directly above the entrance. Not only was the street noisy, but people were drinking and smoking under the window until late at night. Which forced me to close the window when the temperature outside was 17 degrees. Air conditioning??????Our bathroom, what can I say, the bathtub when we arrived was more than half full of water and the fittings were covered in water stains.This was criticized several times at reception.Answer let the water drain. Toilet lid was loose.Curtains with stains.When booking we asked whether dogs were allowed, which was also confirmed, but we were only told when we arrived that we had to sit in the hallway in front of the breakfast room.The staff was very friendly except for one person.4 stars is different, we know it differently

I encountered very helpful and courteous employees there, whether at reception or in service, who were not stingy with information and good tips. The room was bright and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very sufficient and tasty. We know in advance that the hotel is on a main road and that it is a bit noisier (hence only 4 stars). The location is perfect for walking to the beautiful old town of Limburg in just under 5 minutes. Gladly again.

Everything you need is there for short travelers. Reception staffed 24 hours a day including bar also scores points. Rooms definitely need to be renovated. But in principle everything is there. There are enough parking spaces. Breakfast buffet with 1 person service is a lot of pressure, but he tries hard.

We slept in the hotel for the second time while passing through, the location is good, close to the motorway. Very nice old town with great restaurants within walking distance. We had a large family room with a baby and toddler, which was great. Very noisy due to the main road, ok with the window closed, not possible to sleep with the window open.The lobby is modern and well-kept, very child-friendly with a play area and a free water dispenser for hotel guests.Parking spaces are very tight and the parking lot is quite full. There is still an underground car park, but not possible with our roof box. When we arrived, all the parking spaces in front of the house were occupied, and any free parking spaces were cordoned off. When we asked at reception whether we could use one of these parking spaces, the nice employee came along and wanted to put the bollards aside. The parking spaces were blocked off for a bus, which didn't arrive until the next day in the evening - we left early the next day. While the employee was clearing the parking space, the deputy boss came over and said that she shouldn't do this, that we should park behind the house. With a 2-month-old baby and a 2-year-old toddler, it would have been very inconvenient for us to unload and load the car behind the house - we were very upset about this, including the way this was communicated to us. We asked the employee to speak to the deputy manager again because we couldn't understand why a family with two small children would be denied a free parking space at the front of the hotel even though it wasn't needed. The boss reluctantly agreed to the parking lot and justified his first refusal by saying: if one person starts, everyone wants it. Since you pay a fee for parking and staying in a hotel is not cheap, we were very disappointed and annoyed by the unfriendly behavior of the deputy boss - we could not understand his statement in the situation of a full parking lot and a family with two small children! Later, even more closed parking spaces had to be released because there were not enough parking spaces for guests.Big praise to the employees at the reception, they are really very friendly, committed and customer-oriented!

I had the pleasure of staying at Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Limburg and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! As soon as I entered the hotel I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. Check-in was quick and smooth and I immediately felt like I was in good hands.Room: My room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The modern furnishings and comfortable beds created a relaxed atmosphere in which I immediately felt at home. I particularly liked the little details like the high-quality toiletries and the free bottle of water. The room was also wonderfully quiet, so I was able to sleep very well.Location: The location of the hotel is unbeatable! It is located right in the heart of Limburg, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful old town and the famous Limburg Cathedral. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping options close by, making exploring the city incredibly easy.Breakfast: Breakfast was a real highlight! There was a wide range of fresh and delicious food, from savory options such as scrambled eggs and bacon to fresh fruit, yoghurt and pastries. The coffee was excellent and the bright, friendly breakfast room made for a perfect start to the day.Service: The service at the Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Limburg was consistently first class. The staff was always friendly, courteous and attentive without being intrusive. Whether it was recommending restaurants or helping with questions, the team was always there to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. You can tell that the employees feel comfortable at their workplace and that makes you happy as a guest.Conclusion: I can only warmly recommend the Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Limburg. The hotel was recommended to us by friends, which is why we spent two nights there.The hotel is very centrally located; If proximity to the motorway and the city is important to you, this is the place for you.The lobby and the rooms have a fresh, modern design. There is a water dispenser in the hallway towards breakfast, which we really liked. It's just a shame that the lobby is completely dragged through the mud by the personal reception experience.When we checked in we already had the impression that they didn't want to see us there. At least, sadly, we were treated a little more friendly than two older women who checked in before us, who were treated without a shred of respect.As a result, the need to visit the reception or the in-house bar in the evening was not particularly high right from the start. As far as we know, the bar wasn't open - unfortunately we couldn't find official opening times.The room was completely okay, although not particularly thoroughly cleaned.The breakfast was great! The young guy who “served” us and we chatted to him for a short time was particularly attentive. Checking out was also uncomplicated and the duo present there were friendly. Unfortunately we didn't feel completely comfortable, but the hotel is okay for staying overnight and traveling on the next day ;)
