Absolutely okay for one night, you shouldn't expect miracles, but okay for the price with a private bathroom. TV reception was poor. Checking in was all contactless via SMS beforehand with a code that you then had to enter on the left front in front of the entrance and then there was the key. Inside there was a box where you had to fill out the guest card. It was something different.Deductions due to minor lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, the ambience was brightly colored and it was very noisy and the aforementioned poor television reception.The location would be considered perfect.

The hotel is well centrally located. There were good parking spaces.Check in is done with a code, then there is the key.The entrance area is fun and colorful. There is a drinks machine, but it was almost empty for me.Then we go into the room and that's really bad.Size fits according to description, but…The desk has stickers like it came from an old children's room, the picture is falling off the wall because the nail has been torn out, the cable duct is hanging under the TV with the screws torn out.Bed lamp ripped out of holder.The bathroom was ok, but the flush button was broken and fell off…I was very disappointed and the price is in no way justified!

Optimal. Location. Rooms clean and tidy. Daily check whether everything is ok. Very friendly communication. Have been a guest several times now and would love to come back. Parking available, dog friendly.Room quiet because of double doors.The only drawback is that TV operation is sometimes complicated, reception is not that good.

A good stay. The rooms were a bit warm, since when you ventilate you have the street noises directly in front of the house, I was very pleased with the fan. Otherwise it's enough to stay overnight. Unfortunately, the parking spaces tend to be full in the evenings. Got one in front of the hotel, but the intended area was full. Otherwise very central and the price performance is okay

It's unbelievable that you can be so rude!First they don't have any employees and then I was accused of having a dog in the room. Room was not cleaned and tidied regularly. Last day I had to go out so quickly that I forgot my charging cable, I asked the employee if I could pick up the cable next time and he said "I can't bring your cables to you" I said I would pick it up when I do I'll be there next time and he said ok. Today I was told in such a rude tone that I couldn't get a cable and that I wasn't allowed in. I just asked if someone could get it and she said no, they can't get a cleaning lady. Would never recommend, never go there!!

There used to be a better hotel in Giessen that was run as a self check-in hotel. Many refugees are currently quartered there. The room smelled a bit like cigarettes. The bathroom was good. The bed was ok.

Very, very simply equipped...Bed sheets had holes in them...Very, very loud towards the street...Despite normal September temperatures, the room was overheated and ventilation was not possible due to the traffic noise...Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, my room was entered!!!Water pressure was not sufficient for showering in the morning on one out of three nights!The snack machine was empty upon arrival and remained empty for three days!

The other day I visited this hotel with my family. Very beautiful and interesting in terms of design, but the rooms. The rooms here are not ideal.1) The room was not clean, there was a lot of dust.2) There was a fan on top of the restroom and it was covered in dust, and when it automatically turned on, this dust began to literally spray throughout the restroom. The same goes for a regular fan in the bedroom.There are also advantages of the hotel, of course, this is its location and the bus stop is very close. There are also many different places where you can sit and relaxThere are also places on the ground floor where you can find various vending machines with drinks and a coffee machine. There are also various interesting board games, so you won’t get bored here.

Somewhat unusual hotel "without" staff. At first we had minor problems getting in because we got the wrong code. Room small but OK. Significantly modernized, plumbing ok. Extremely conveniently located, on one of Giessen's main roads. So the volume is basically around the clock. We were there at the time of the city festival in August. But the double windows absorbed the rather immense volume (a kind of technical miracle). However, this made the room very warm (south facing, full sunlight all day - if you want to experience global warming live, this is the right place.) Nights felt like you were on a warming plate. Nice lobby.

Booked here for 3 people over the weekend. From getting the keys to handing them over, everything went extremely smoothly.The room was clean, the only small problem was that it felt like a sauna temperature in the bathroom. Are there hot pipes running along there? The tiles radiate a lot of heat.On the whole, gladly again.

The air is stagnant, no matter where you are in the hotel, the prices are totally exaggerated and it's DIRTY no matter where you look 🤢I'll be happy when I'm out of here again!
