Very nice hotel to relax, good offers, food, breakfast and evening buffet are very good - I can recommend it 👍 very friendly staff - upon request, only regional products are used for breakfast and dinner buffet - I would like thatWellness area more warm - doors to the garden are always open here - quite cool in October - ventilation would be completely sufficient - otherwise very quiet.

Not a 4 star standard. Bed was totally worn out. The food could have more choice and flavor...for the price.The brine pool was closed...no notice before arrival...a shame. Only after I asked was it explained what was included in half board. I will not recommend this hotel... there are much nicer ones for the same price.

Room was clean, nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Bathrobe and towels are also available. Friendly and helpful staff.Very good breakfast, but could use some variety.Dinner in the restaurant was also very good, but since we didn't have half board we only had the half board buffet as the menu didn't have much to offer. However, if you like tarte flambée, there was that.The pool is ok, but could also be cleaned a little more often, especially since the salt water pool was closed and only that one could be used, which quickly made it small with 6-8 people swimming in it.Well suited as a starting point for hikes, bike tours or sightseeing in the area. There isn't much going on in the town itself, but there is a good tapas bar, a steak house and a good, not overpriced one. Pizzeria.

Unfortunately, due to the grown structure and sheer size, it is an older hotel that is quite confusing and there is a map available directly at the reception. Rooms really well renovated and harmoniously furnished. Sufficient space for large meetings; from this point of view, the local location is of secondary importance.

Room 231. Terrace/balcony not very encouraging to relax outdoors.There are three saunas in the hotel - only one is turned on (80°). The 60° sauna is turned off. A 90° sauna has a temperature of 70°. The corridor in front of the saunas stinks.The room with the internal pool is quite dark, which is dangerous when swimming underwater.However, there are also advantages :) the room is equipped with slippers, a lot of "freebies" such as cotton buds, cotton pads or a nail file - disposable. A long towel, perfect for the sauna (too bad there's only one), there is also a bottle (0.75l) of water in the room.A place for those who like to take a walk - outside the hotel.If someone plans to relax mainly in a hotel and wants saunas or a swimming pool... a definitely better alternative will be Rhõn Residence 🧡

There was nothing to complain about. The hotel is a bit old but has been modernized here and there. Service was nice and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Maybe the price of dinner should be changed. If the price stays the same, we'll be happy to come back.

A wonderful place to experience LCC seminars and curl up to relax in the beautiful wellness area.Very friendly staff and great cuisine.Always a goal for me and my wife. Our dogs are also 100% welcome there.

The food and rooms are fineThe staff is mostly incompetent and unfriendly.Service is not a priority here. Wanted to order a taxi at reception for departure. I was refused this on the grounds that it was not part of the service. I should do it myself.Proof of booking had to be shown to gain entry to the breakfast buffet. That's just because the hotel wasn't able to print out a guest list.I've actually been to a lot of hotels, but this bad service is legendary.It appears to be a 4 star hotel. But if I gave 2 I would still be generous.

We stayed here at the hotel for a short trip. The staff was really very friendly. Mr. Gerbitz deserved special mention. He was always there for us with an open ear and great willingness to help.The breakfast and dinner were good. We would be happy to book the hotel again.We were completely satisfied. I spent a wellness weekend at Aqualux with my grandma. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms, the entrance area and the restaurant are modern and very clean.Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness of the employees. Above all, the service person, Ms. Kunze, does her job really well; her friendly and courteous manner made our stay even sweeter.What could be noted is the pool area inside. It's getting a bit old here and two showers were broken.Otherwise everything is perfect :)

The hotel is very old. The room furnishings are no longer modern. The balcony is nice with a separation but still close together. The beds are too soft for me and the bathroom is too small. The wellness area could use a renovation. The salt water pool was very run down. The pool outside is quite small. The breakfast is okay, nothing special but okay. So if you live around the corner it's okay for a 2 day stay but I wouldn't recommend traveling a long way here.

We were a bit disappointed with our room for a four-star hotel. It was also unbearably hot in the room. The bathroom has probably been renovated at some point. The hotel is also very remote, with no restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast, however, was very good.
