Eate family hotel is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and the accommodations are very comfortable. Furthermore, the space is unbeatable: it has a garden with plants and lots of shade, when you enter there you disconnect from the outside world. It also has a temple inside.

Best holiday in Ubud. An authentic guesthouse in the home of a Balinese family. Very attentive and very nice people, they will always help! Clean, lots of greenery, temple, carved windows and furniture. Good comfortable mattresses. Breakfast will be brought to the table in your room. Hot water is boiling water, which is rare in Ubud. There is only one rooster and far away, like in a village - absolutely not a marshal. In the coolness of the leaves and greenery there is no need for air conditioning; the fan copes with a bang. Near the main street. Everything is within walking distance. I recommend !

Stayed one night. The garden is beautiful and quiet, not looking at the city center. These are the only advantages, unfortunately. The room was dirty: the bathroom was dirty, the towels were thin and old. There was no handle on the bathroom door. The bathtub faucet was old and flimsy. The room smelled damp/mouldy. Because of this, the bed linen did not seem fresh. There was no hot water and Wi-Fi did not work. When asked to give soap to the room, the hostess asked “do you need it today or tomorrow?” The feeling that they were saving a lot was unpleasant

I spent 5 days in Ubud. I loved this accommodation. It is very cozy, the breakfast is very good. The family that runs it is very friendly and helpful. It is in the center of the city, but the rooms are in the middle of a beautiful garden and you don't hear any street noise. Waking up every morning to the birds singing was the best. There is no air conditioning, but the garden does its job to keep the space cool. They could improve on cleaning the bathroom. I highly recommend this place!

We had a great time here for almost two months. Of course, as many write, there is a problem with Wi-Fi. And the hot water did not always work as it should, I really hope that the owners will eliminate these shortcomings. Because the owners themselves are wonderful people, kind and helpful. We even miss this place. Thanks to the owners for their hospitality! Air Panas 😉

Our room had mold all over the walls so it had a strong smell and it got hard to breathe. We asked for a room change and the other room was equally bad. The owner mentioned how they try to fix it but the weather doesn't support it so there's nothing they can do about it. We struggled through the night because the smell was overpowering. The bathroom was dirty and smelly too. It was my worst night on any holiday. The garden outside is well maintained and very beautiful and the breakfast was good. The owner and staff were really nice and polite too. But all of this doesn't matter if the room is unbearable. They also charge you extra to use the ac and they don't keep the remote in the room. You have to ask them for the remote well in advance or you might not get it when you need it.
