Don't expect paradise for this price. Two swimming pools and quiet area despite being 10 meters from a busy road. Room equipped with a refrigerator which we really appreciated. Convenient location, many restaurants, markets and shops around. Mold, ants and big cockroaches in the room. I found my cosmetics case full of insect eggs and the owner claims it was wood that had fallen from the window frame😝 in the bathroom, the only one since I've been in Asia without a shower, at times the smell of sewage and urine came out ..it's a shame because overall it would have a lot of potential. they never came to clean in a week, on the penultimate day they asked us if we wanted them to clean the room, even if we said yes no one came.. I don't change towels either obviously 🙄 for the price it suits you if you are not too much picky

Beautiful, quiet and romantic. Didn’t see other guests or employees the couple of days we stayed there. Nice nature and great large pool!Only downside is the AC was directly towards the bed, which resulted me catching a severe cold and being sick for a few days.

The place is well located, the receptionist and staff have been very friendly, the pool area is very good, but the room lacked cleaning, there are insects and cobwebs, and dampness on the wall. If they had more cleaning, the hotel would be good. I hope they fix this cleaning issue in the future.

Avoid this place! We got a room with mold and the walls!!! There is a mold also an pillows. It’s disgusting. Bathroom is really stinky. Everything is humid. It’s not worth the money. Be wise and choose better accommodation.

Really impressed with my time here! Set in beautiful gardens with a small rice paddy and a pretty pool. In the room there was a fridge and big bed- nothing special at all but nice enough. The outside space really made it awesome. Also, great location. Overall excellent value for money, would recommend!

Almost perfect except when I stayed pool is not available. But everything is perfect from big rooms and bathtubs. Everything is so clean! Near rice fields and perfect location near restaurants and stores! The owners are really helpful with everything. I will come back here 😊

Lovely rooms set back from the main road behind a ricepaddy field and lovely pool. The rooms don’t have air con but the fan is very effective. Adi was very accommodating and brings breakfast of your choosing to your balcony at any time! ||It was such good value staying here and feels very safe and friendly
