Hotel und Restaurant "Zum Weissen Ross"

Restaurant very tasty, the lasagne was great and the tartufo bianco was great. If you're in the mood for Italian, you'll be well served here and won't go wrong.

I really don't know how the hotel got such good reviews.First of all, the rooms are okay. In complete contrast to the external appearance of the hotel, they appear to have been redesigned and furnished. That made a really good impression. The hallways and the entrance area/reception were also apparently quite redesigned. It was clean overall.Our bathroom, on the other hand, wasn't that great. Very small and really 0.0 footprint. No shelf, no cupboard, no small ledge or anything! I was only able to put my toothbrush on the edge of the sink (commercially available). There is a walk-in closet in the room directly opposite the bathroom. It became an extended bathroom, so to speak. I stored my cosmetic products there. I even dried my hair and put on makeup in there. Some of the fittings are simply defective and therefore unusable, some of the joints are moldy, you could have picked off the product label from the IKEA shower rail. There was only one hook for each towel, even though it was a room for 2 (or at least we booked for 2). It's also the details.In the morning I was woken up pretty early by noise from the kitchen (preparing breakfast) or there was always vacuuming and cleaning going on somewhere next door. Unfortunately there was no peace and relaxation.The breakfast is very mediocre. There isn't necessarily enough space in the room. Instead of us getting coffee/milk after we asked, the only employee cleared the tables for a long time. Something was always missing, but what was particularly difficult was a good coffee in the morning.The woman who checked us in was very nice.The parking lot was always full, so we had to look for one on cross streets.The hotel also has a restaurant. However, we haven't tried that. But the menu revealed that it was Greek cuisine.Delitzsch itself is not necessarily the place to be. We discovered that there are nicer, quieter places around it. But from the hotel you are immediately in the small old town, very pretty. We didn't see much, we just looked around outside of the town.I would not recommend the hotel and the place. We won't be coming back either.I think I can expect a little more attention to detail and customer focus even for a mediocre price. Too bad.

Why have dinner at the end? In this beautiful weather. Of course we had to wait, it was packed. But we weren't disappointed. The food was plentiful and very tasty. The staff was really stressed because it was so full. But still it was a successful evening. Top 👍.

The rooms are ok, cleanliness is also ok.The staff was consistently friendly.There is Greek cuisine and my food was very good.I would visit this hotel again.

Our room was modernized. Concrete look and black. The walk-in closet with luggage rack is very practical. So I was able to put things straight from the suitcase into the closet.If you arrive after 9 p.m., the small parking lot will be occupied. Use of the small underground car park should cost €10 in August 2024.The breakfast buffet is well received by the fruit flies.

Everything great. Parking spaces are in short supply but the hotel can't do anything about it. Still highly recommended!!! I really like being here!!!

Great hotel good location very good food.

Mega courteous and pleasant staff. Good food in the attached restaurant. The event halls are a little old.

Rooms are OK, breakfast is a disgrace and the staff is as friendly as night.
