I thought about how to rate the hotel for a long time, but ultimately decided on the lower rating because of the price. The two of us paid 149 euros for one night with breakfast. For that price you can stay for one night with breakfast in the Suitess Hotel with a wellness area that has a view of the Frauenkirche in Dresden. The toilet was cracked, the tiles weren't really clean, and in general the room was pretty carelessly furnished. It didn't look as lavish as the pictures online showed. The only splendid thing for us was the breakfast room, but if you set foot on the terrace everything is rather spartan and sterile. The breakfast was delicious, but we had pineapple flavored buko (sorry, I was expecting something more mass-pleasing). There was fresh fruit and muesli, which is worth highlighting. The service was very friendly, but given the price I was still hoping to be greeted personally. Instead, the keys were simply left in the bureau at the entrance. This is obviously the intention, because the reception is open until 1 p.m., but check-in only starts at 2 p.m. I find that very unpleasant.

We were staying in this hotel for one night. We weren't able to check-in during the opening hours of reception so we asked if the staff could leave keys somewhere. Unfortunately, after arriving at the hotel, we discovered, we only have one pair of keys instead of two. It was pretty late and we had to wait more than an hour for someone to come and leave us the other pair. Nobody at the hotel speaks English- it is hard to communicate. Moreover, in the morning we were asked to pay for breakfast we didn't order. After some discussion, we agreed on not paying the fee.Other than that it was a pleasing stay- rooms are clean, spacious, well-equipped. You can also ask for free parking. The staff was really nice and was sorry for the trouble.

Quiet place, friendly staff.Room facilities acceptable.Very hot in the room when the outside temperature is high. No air conditioning. Electric windows can only be opened partially or not at all. Paid WiFi key, which is somewhat unusual these days.Secure parking lot with barrier.

If you are looking for a hotel to escape from everyday life, this is the right place for you. The Kräuterbergl is located in the middle of a beautiful landscape with many attractions. The rooms are always clean and modernly furnished. In addition, the staff is always courteous and friendly.

A really lovingly furnished hotel with lots of little details that just make it very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and they also took my son's preferences into account! Thank you very much for the great stay. We'll definitely be back.

Oh...so loving and with attention to the details. I love it when people are passionate about their work. I definitely had that feeling here. From the first minute you felt comfortable and welcome. The room design is wonderfully coordinated and is in no way inferior to a 4-star hotel and then there are all the details in every corner (herb bags, draping of the towels, even the unusual rating card). We'd love to come back ❤️

Clean rooms that have everything you can expect for this price range.Reception is only open in the morning, but that's not a problem as there is an emergency telephone available around the clock. Employees competent and helpful.

I was made aware of this hotel because of the clinic's accompanying person program and I have to say that I was lovingly looked after upon arrival and until the end.In addition, the breakfast is made with love and is served at your place, and there is no buffet here, as you are used to and wishes are also filled here.What can also be said here is that the buses always run and even if you can travel without a car and also look at them, it is also worth taking public transport.

My mom was there as a visitor to a rehab patient. She was satisfied. Entrance is also possible without reception (electronic). Parking is there, but a bit confusing to get there. Navi makes sense.Rooms individually labeled (plant names). Well furnished!Bathroom: floor shower also suitable for people with wheelchairs, entrance well thought out as a sliding door! Neither my mom nor I are wheelchair users, but I thought it was well thought out. The room is otherwise furnished in such a way that it could be described as practical and comfortable. Price for overnight stay according to the costs covered by the rehabilitation facility I think 69 € or 79 €.I rarely go to hotels but I can imagine that this is not unusual for a spa/rehab place.My mom emphasized several times that the lovingly prepared and very tasty breakfast was balm for the soul (my dad is seriously ill in the rehabilitation facility). Thank you very much, dear Kräuterbergl team! I can't describe to you how good this gesture was for my mom (including salami in the shape of a heart and lots of details). Just this much: she was really moved to tears. If you respond so individually to all your guests: Chapeau!In summary: Good and comfortable accommodation that my mom didn't have anything bad to say about.Ps: Note to people who want to visit the rehabilitation facility there and are looking for accommodation: There are also private accommodations in Kreischa (holiday apartments etc.)Dear country hotel: please don't be angry because of my comment at the end.
