Unfortunately, 1 star is too many for this holiday apartment. This one star is only available because of the nice craftsman.Equipment:The apartment is designed for 9 people on the ground floor. Dishes for 6 people. Chairs for 8 people in the kitchen, outdoor seating for 5 people.Kitchen available. It's questionable whether you want to use these, as there are open sockets. Stove connection behind the makeshift sink.Small coffee maker for just two cups.Hygiene:A lot of it was dirty. Cobwebs, dust and dirt seem normal there. Outdoor area more than just unkempt. Freezer compartment disgusting and dirty. Grill extremely unkempt, there are still grill residues on the grate.A huge infestation of ants in several rooms that broke out in the evening.Hostess:Extremely uncooperative. You have to understand their situation. Unfortunately she had no understanding of our situation. After a journey of over 4 hours, the lady wanted to let us out the door with the 7 children at 9 p.m.She lied to us that she was unaware of the ant problem. According to reviews here, the problem has been known for a long time. She blamed a lot of things on her "employees" but then said that she was alone with everything. Unfortunately, there are far too many things that still need to be listed. Unfortunately I don't know whether there is enough space here. The good lady apparently doesn't know what she's saying. When booking, she stated that we never moved into the apartment, but that was a lie.So we spent the first night in a hotel that the landlady paid for. That was the only accommodating thing on her part.Conclusion:Neither the accommodation nor the hostess is not recommended! Unfortunately, the word “shithole” is the most accurate.

HUGE SCAM!Upon arrival we saw that there was no one available and no reception. After calling many many times we finally spoke with someone on the phone who blamed everything on booking. The reservation was made 6 months ahead of time. I don’t believe this accommodation even exists! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Owner was rude and unwilling to help after falsley advertising on booking and tricking us into taking their money. Worst accomodation experience of my life, stay away from them even if they are the only place on earth. I'd rather sleep on the street.

This is the third time we've stayed in the holiday apartment and we think it's really nice. There is a lot of space for many guests and the landlady takes care of it immediately if something is missing. A somewhat outdated but very cozy place to go on vacation :) The playground and Edeka in the immediate vicinity are also great. There is also a nice viewing point overlooking the airport

It's a shame that this place is still on booking. No one is present upon arrival. Several guests came for nothing. Finally, after an hour we were told that all reservations were cancelled. It is really very poorly organised.

WORST ACCOMMODATION EVER, doesn't even deserve one star. A holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms was booked. We got a 4-bed room in an apartment, with about 4 more locked doors, a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. Everything was musty and dirty, the bed linen was just put on "upside down" to save on washing. Hair and dirt from the previous tenant everywhere. The landlady is an incompetent, rude person who was initially unavailable and even threatened to be thrown out after the complaint. Of course we did NOT receive the second bedroom or even the holiday apartment we had booked. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights and if it wasn't for the European Football Championship and almost everything being fully booked, we would definitely have looked for something else. So I can only hope that no one brings scabies or fleas home with them.All I can say is: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY HOLE

Holiday apartment does not correspond to the pictures, mold in the bathroom and room, ants, cobwebs in all rooms, dirty in all rooms, mold in the refrigerator, stove inside disgusting, toaster disgusting, TV broken, terrace overgrown with weeds. The overall condition suggested that it had not been cleaned for a long time. The leftover meat from the last barbecue party was still there on the grill, disgusting. Washing machine was broken, microwave was missing, dishes only for 6 people, coffee machine only for 2 people, sockets in the kitchen unsecured, other sockets only work via junction box, extractor hood filter dirty and broken. It took us 4 hours to clean the apartment somewhat to make it livable.We booked for 9 people, there were only 7 chairs in the kitchen and only 5 outside.We wouldn't have stayed, but getting something for 9 people at such short notice was an illusion!We wanted a full refund, the landlady offered us 50 percent.Only Booking refunded us 100 percent.

I was sent a cancellation a week in advance with the alleged reason that there was a burst pipe. Strangely enough, there were other rooms available in the same house in another ad. If you service the devices every now and then, this won't happen. Absolute no-go! ❌

The apartments are very well equipped. Large rooms, lots of space. The apartment has 4 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. One negative point: the heating in one of the rooms doesn't work. Instead of repairing it, we received heaters from the owner. FAS has been on for a week and has never been done with heating. I don't recommend it

My daughter has to sleep in this flophouse with other trainees.Two trainees have proven to have bedbug bites and the rest can be seen from the pictures.Incredible!!I wonder what rooms the people with the positive reviews have/had.By the way, you then transport this plague home in your own clothes and bags 🤢🤮Something irresponsible

There are insect corpses in the bathroom.I'm here as a fitter and I feel really uncomfortable.My impression is that the accommodation is not taken care of, the main thing is that money comes in. If I could, I would give minus stars.I would like to see the rooms where the pictures were taken.Small note, we had refugees who lived their lives well into the night.

After all, “Next to Airport” is part of it.We arrived, the address wasn't the one given when booking on Booking, we received an SMS with the new address and that we could move into our room from 6 p.m. (it's great if you arrive at 3 p.m.). When we called several times, no one except the voicemail was answered, and at some point we got a call back, and when we asked, we were told we could go to our room. When we got there there was no key in the key safe, so we were lucky to get in to the main entrance, where it smelled musty/damp (maybe it came from the garbage bags under the stairs).We then went to the first floor and our room was open, the key was on the bedside table.First impression, thrown together, tired furnishings. (One bed had already been repaired), the ceiling lamp had also seen better days. The curtains are a joke, you can't darken them at all.Cleanliness is also different, used nasal spray under the bedside table, dust bunnies and socks under the bed, and a pink rag on the closet.The pictures shown when booking had absolutely no resemblance to the room.The WiFi was available, but the access data was not correct. We waited until 9:30 p.m. for the promised baby bed and there were several calls that no one answered. Only when we called with another cell phone did someone answer.There is a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom, the accommodation is used by fitters. For this reason it is very loud in the evenings and the kitchen cannot be used.Conclusion: If we had slept in the car, it would have been cleaner and quieter.Next time I'll read the reviews better and we'll go to a hotel where we have at least one contact person who will respond immediately.

We booked a room through booking, received a confirmation SMS, arrived at the place, unloaded our luggage and the lady at the door tells us that she is sorry but that there is no room available. We drove 20 km just like that. And after that the room was still offered there.

Clean and tidy. BUT VERY EXPENSIVE for this place. 60 euros for a hostel or a boarding house.. Small room, small refrigerator, bathroom in the hallway opposite the door, shared kitchen.. Located in a village not far from the airport, about 10 minutes by car.

The hotel is super ❤️. Everything is sterile and neat 🤗 . The beds are clean, it's pleasant to go to bed. The bathroom is great and smells fresh everywhere. The room has a personal refrigerator, TV, chairs, table... Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. And the owners of the hostel are golden people 🥰🥰🥰. The kindest people 🤗🤗🤗. I am a mother of two children, I recommend the hotel to everyone. 😊😊😊
