We were passing through and stayed there overnight with our baby and small dog and had a very good breakfast. The room was very clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is small, but it's more than enough since you don't want to have a spa day there. The breakfast was very good, rolls, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, fresh cake, selection of cheese, sausage, fresh fruit and cereals.

Hard to find, a sign on the main road would be very helpful, especially at night.

Recently I had to stay at this hotel for business purposes.Location: in a residential area.Parking spaces: scarceCheck-in only at the machine. I find that very impersonal, even as a business traveler who has already seen a lot of hotels. The machine asks for all sorts of things, but cannot check whether they are correct. (passport number)I was given a tiny shack under the roof as my room. The room is just as wide as the bed is long. Without a table, one of the swivel joints in the skylight was broken, the shower cubicle was broken, and overall it was getting quite old.Breakfast: acceptable. You have to get your coffee from the machine behind the counter. Why isn't the machine at the buffet? This room is probably just good enough as a construction worker's accommodation. However, the price-performance ratio is absolutely not right here.I'm sorry, but I definitely won't come here again.

Too few parking spaces. The restaurant and bar were only open from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., impossible for a hotel. Nevertheless, you can recommend the hotel.

As I have often done before, I was in Plauen on business. Unfortunately, the hotels I had previously preferred were fully booked and I chose this small, very quiet hotel via the booking portal.Unfortunately there was no receptionist to check in, only an impersonal machine, which I disliked. The negative highlight was an extremely tiny room, with a completely broken skylight and a shower partition that had been broken for a long time, which immediately fell on me. Behind it is a shower curtain. That should probably be the repair. The bathroom overall looked very shabby.Unfortunately, there was no desk in the room itself (there wouldn't have been any space) where I could do my office work. So I sat on the edge of the bed and let the laptop rage on my legs. Very unpleasant! The bed, however, was surprisingly good.In the morning a manageable breakfast buffet awaited me. Basically, it can be rated as good.A complaint to the staff about the miserable room was only met with a shrug of the shoulders. “The boss sets the prices”There are probably better rooms in this hotel and I just grabbed the old broom closet. Unfortunately, in this case the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all.I hope that on my next stay in Plauen I will stay in one of my previous hotels, where I can get a significantly better room for less money.

A very impersonal event, check-in takes place at the terminal, for example. There is no cleaning during your stay and the trash cans are emptied sporadically. The bathroom is quite nice and in good condition, the room itself is getting old with numerous stains on the walls. The Wi-Fi almost doesn't work in the room, so you should use an amplifier here. The hotel is quite remote. Since there is nothing to eat here in the evenings, you should think about how you will take care of yourself.

Nice, clean hotel with 24 hour automatic check-in. Unfortunately we were unlucky and got a room in the basement.Breakfast is okay, but not exceptional. Beds were good. The pastries in the tea/coffee corner were outdated.

Have been there twice and will definitely come back. Dogs are totally welcome and you can even go for a walk. Generally very quiet location. Breakfast is great.

We are 2 adults and 2 children. We were given an attic room with 2 huge beds, living rooms, 2 TVs, fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. It has a small garden with tables and a supermarket very close. Everything was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very complete. The entrance is autonomous but very simple. The place is very quiet. We loved it.

A very nice room and the owner and staff are very friendly. We were able to enjoy the best schnitzel here in years. Thanks for the great service.
