First hotel in a business park, very positively surprised. I was able to sleep with the window tilted every night, very quiet.The city center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and if you don't want to walk, no problem, the bus stop is right around the corner.The international staff is very friendly and works professionally, the bosses are down-to-earth, customer-oriented, and the whole team is loving people.The cuisine from local to international, in lovingly high quality. Arrived on Sunday and I was the only guest. The hostess asked me if it would be okay if there wasn't a lavish breakfast buffet on Monday because it wasn't worth it. She would put together something nice for me. And that's what she did! Not just a few slices of sausage and cheese and one or two rolls...! Great, even if the whole thing would have been enough. The second totally positive point; I had fresh vegetables with me for a cooking event on Monday. Of course, a few ice packs and a cool box, but I couldn't refuse their offer to store it in their fridge.Thank you dear Pfützner family. I'll come back sometime, I promise⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Since we had read several times in the reviews that the hotel was not easy to find on the company premises, we took a closer look. From the previous pictures you can see the yellow exterior facade and can easily orientate yourself as the street leads directly past it. So it wasn't that difficult to find the hotel entrance.We received a very friendly welcome from the owners. The rooms were huge and everything was clean. The room service did its daily job very well. We had a room with a view of the street. Anyone who sleeps with the window open will definitely be woken up by traffic early in the morning. But it didn't bother us. In addition to the breakfast room, there is also a bar downstairs in the hotel. There you can also have a casual chat with the hosts. They are very open-minded and warm. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The boss tries very hard to give every guest a good, relaxed start to the day. The salads at the breakfast buffet are all homemade and very tasty. The hotel is a good starting point for exploring Bautzen. The beautiful old town can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. You should definitely try out the great restaurants there.We felt very comfortable and would happily recommend this hotel.

A great hotel that we can only recommend! From a warm welcome, funny conversations with individual hospitality to spacious, very clean rooms, a delicious breakfast and loving fulfillment of wishes (hot milk, extra bread) like "mothers"...everything is there.Escape room & laser tag right in front of the house, shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.A walk into the beautiful old town only takes about 20 minutes.Klein Welka and the dam are only 10 minutes away by car.The only (if any) negative point: Rooms facing the street allow traffic noise to be clearly heard when the window is open, but the hotel can't do anything about that.CONCLUSION: We would come back at any time!

This hotel can only be rated very well. We had a car breakdown and had to spend the night there. The boss and his wife gave us a very friendly welcome. They are also very competent and very helpful in an emergency. Thank you very much for that.

Great hotel in a quiet location. Market and snack bar are within a kilometer radius. If you want to walk further, you'll be in the city center after about 2 km.Our room was nice and big and spacious.A real highlight was the rich breakfast buffet, with something for everyone.We'd love to come back.

I do not recommend! We have been staying here on a business trip for a long time. The hotel staff is capricious, one moment they smile and the next they make you feel that something is wrong. Recently, the owner of a hotel made a scandal when a colleague left half of a roll uneaten during breakfast - what right do you have to shout at hotel guests and wave a plate in front of your nose? Hair is often found in food, both in lunch boxes and dinners. But this is nothing compared to what happened to us today. We received lunchboxes with moldy meats! It was impossible not to notice the meat in such a condition, someone was consciously poisoning us. I advise you to avoid the hotel if you care about your health

Very good hotel. The rooms are well furnished, large and very clean.The breakfast meets all expectations.You can also eat well here in the evening.I like that overall too. You can park for free directly at the house.Gladly again!
