An extremely friendly hotel. That quickly prepared a room for me in the evening when I was in need! Picobello clean and absolutely great breakfast, here the guest is still “king”. - absolutely recommended!

Have you always wanted to really immerse yourself in Saxon culture and get to know the original people of the region? Then I definitely recommend an overnight stay at the Hotel Morgensonne - stories from Ms. Uhlig included.

Very nice, large rooms (a little too dark wood but that's a matter of taste) with a large bathroom.Breakfast was very tasty and our wishes were taken into account.And it's only a stone's throw from Augustusburg.We would stay in this hotel again.

I would say cautiously: satisfactory.FYI: The owner is 76 years old and enjoys doing itShe is very, very friendly, but not the youngest anymore 😅And apparently she doesn't see that well anymore either. So don't look too closely in the rooms (glasses/window sills/furniture are dusty.Individual steps creak terribly, there are no blinds to close and darken, and the roof tiles rattled incredibly. There was also an autumn storm at the time of my stay 😕Hard to think about sleep.Take your time at breakfast...A jug of milk for coffee for EVERYONE 😆 moves from table to tableCoffee strong and good. Sausage/cheese platter is freshly made, but it takes time...Unfortunately no fresh fruit/vegetables, only 5x cherry tomatoes and 5x cucumber slices as decoration on the cheese plateThere is yogurt, orange juice, freshly boiled eggs, only rolls, no grain rollsCrucial point, why I only give ⭐️⭐️⭐️: €120 per night/double room is quite expensive for this equipment and location, definitely too expensive!And, what's not possible, making fun of guests... I'll leave that alone.

Very nice cozy and quiet hotel. The rooms are clean, well-kept and comfortably furnished. The breakfast is plentiful and sufficient. There are even FRESH BREADS!!!!!!!

The hotel is in a very quiet location.The rooms are spacious and very clean.The breakfast is absolutely delicious and individually tailored to the wishes of the guests.The lady who runs the hotel is nice but a bit loud. She has a penchant for engaging guests in conversations that never seem to end. Unfortunately, she doesn't shy away from making her political views known.

Really a nice, clean and charming hotel in a quiet location. The rooms are very well maintained and the breakfast is absolutely sufficient and very tasty. The rooms were large and also very clean. The rooms are also suitable for working. The surrounding area is really nice and all the sights are easy to reach. We'd love to come back!

We were there for two days over Pentecost to explore the area. The hotel (pension) is simple but not too expensive, run by the owner and therefore very familiar. The owner is a real brand with a tendency towards stand-up comedy... Loud, direct and yet personable. Anyone who can handle it will have fun here and you can tell the woman's heart is in it. The rooms are a bit older but clean, breakfast with "entertainment" is entertaining and completely sufficient. Overall we were very satisfied.

For me it's not a hotel, but a guesthouse. I wouldn't stay there again. The owner is very verbose and pushy. The price for overnight stays is far too high.

This is not a hotel. Pension would be a better fit. Closed old facility. Simple breakfast. Way too expensive.
