We had dinner in Villatoro in a larger group. The tenderloin, salmon and ribs were very good, but the rest of the dishes disappointed us. One dish was confused, in the burger we ordered the meat was quite raw, chewy and cold. The dish was simply inedible. After reporting the problem to the staff, we received information that the burgers were medium rare, not raw, and that they left the kitchen at 55 degrees. After further discussion, which in our opinion was unnecessary, the staff informed us that the burgers would be deducted from the bill, and one of the waitresses said that she would not eat this dish herself. Another minus was the winter teas. One tea contained 6 star anise, so only its taste was noticeable and the tea was tasteless. Finally, we were also disappointed by the desserts. The apple pie dough was underbaked, the cheesecake was very mediocre, and the raspberry cloud had lumps of gelatin.

We had made reservations for 9 people in the restaurant. The reservation went smoothly and even last-minute changes were implemented. The food and drinks were very good and the price-performance ratio was great. The service on site was friendly, but could be improved.

We had the pleasure of organizing a wedding in a beautiful hall in Villa Toro and we are very pleased.When it comes to the organization of the wedding itself, we highly recommend Mrs. Aneta, who took care of every detail perfectly and was 100% involved in our event, everything was specifically and clearly discussed, there was no problem with contact, she is the right person in the right place :) originally Another manager, Mr. Kamil, was supposed to take care of the organization - unfortunately, we do not recommend it, and probably not only us, it would be a pity to add additional stress for future brides and grooms.The food at the wedding was delicious, the portions were really satisfying and everything was beautifully presented, the waiters served the dishes elegantly, with great care and delivered the dishes on a regular basis, nothing was missing.To sum up the whole wedding, we were definitely satisfied with what was included in the wedding package, it is a beautiful place with a beautiful room for this type of events. We highly recommend it!

In my opinion, the place is very stylish, the prices are high, but the food is very good. I have nothing to complain about. I would like to go back there. I recommend the salad with shrimps, delicious!

This hotel and restaurant is located shortly after the Görlitz Zgorzelec border crossing. Elegant restaurant with a large outdoor terrace. Staff very friendly and professional. We tried different dishes. Everything was visually very well presented and tasted perfect. Can only be recommended.

Stayed a few nights here. Had a great time. Good value. The restaurant was the highlight. Fantastic food. Pizza is some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Salad was great. Wife said her burger was great as well.

it's my first time in this place. a very interesting corner in the city, clearly a very popular restaurant. the food is very tasty, we ordered the standard broth soup, steak tartare for starters, and steak and pasta with shrimps for the main course. everything was served very nicely, the service was also at a high level despite the heavy traffic. this place is near the border, hence the presence of German people. The restaurant has quite a lot of space on the patio, and weddings and other special events can be held downstairs. very nice place, free parking for guests 🅿️, I recommend it with a clear conscience 👏

As on the last two visits: good breakfast. However, you can no longer order egg dishes from the menu, which was always the case in the past. Now a manageable but still good offer.Reception is only staffed intermittently, which is really a significant deterioration. After 10 p.m., even with noise from parties in hotel rooms, no one can be contacted. Even in the morning, the reception is not staffed before 10 a.m., so problems can only be resolved then.You can only get a parking space in the fenced area if you are one of the first four cars. Otherwise you're out of luck.Unfortunately, the price is no longer a bargain considering that there is no wellness area/sauna.Unfortunately for us reasons not to come again.

Prices are high and the quality of food is average.The Caesar salad with chicken tasted almost like hospital food. On the plate there was practically only lettuce, a few slices of grated parmesan, a cold egg cut in half and a few pieces of cold chicken, which was not seasoned at all - it tasted like it had been taken out of water. Only the garlic sauce slightly improved the taste of the dish.
