Well I have to say I was here two years agoThe rooms are okay and the breakfast was a disaster!!! There was a bockwurst and no egg rollsI asked if I could get a second egg because it said only one egg per cast, sorry but no bread or rolls but only one egg?!Today I wanted to book again with breakfast, the nice lady told me she was here alone until 11 p.m. today and couldn't offer me breakfast before half past eight tomorrowSorry, I'm a craftsman!!! Half past eight?? I have to be with the customer for a LONG timeSo sorry, rooms are ok for the price but unfortunately you can't expect more

Inconspicuous hotel in the middle of the city of Greiz. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator, which means you have to climb several stairs to get to the rooms. That's it for the negative. The rooms and hotel corridors are very pretty and decorated with attention to detail. But without making it seem too much. Otherwise, the rooms are very, very clean and the bathroom is well equipped. Breakfast was a bit sparse but the friendliness and kindness of the staff made up for it.

Central location at a busy intersection, parking spaces are available at the hotel, and free parking is also possible in the area in the evenings. The rooms are large and clean with a certain 70s charm. The bathroom has been renovated and is completely sufficient. The rooms are located from the 2nd floor. The staircase is generously wide, but there is no elevator. This house is not suitable for people with walking disabilities. The reception desk has no IT connection. Friendly ladies keep running into the office to copy and print. Checking in can take a while. I can't comment on breakfast as it wasn't used.

The hotel is centrally located. To check in we had to ring the hotel bell, the reception is hidden and locked. Our ID cards, which we had to present, were copied without prior consultation. This was an instruction from the boss because they had had such bad experiences with other guests. (Hence the poor service rating.)The rooms can be reached via several staircases. They are located at the front with excellent views or quietly at the back of uninhabited houses. Some of the rooms are newly equipped, modernly furnished and clean. The beds are comfortable. We wanted to eat something after we arrived on Sunday at 8 p.m.: That's almost hopeless in Greiz.Because we weren't offered breakfast and couldn't book one through Booking, we didn't get one.

The location is central, that's why we took it, but that also comes with the noise of the main street. We extended it by one day, but had to pay the short-stay supplement; the receptionist was apparently overwhelmed or wanted to get more money out of it. No elevator and many steps are certainly unsuitable for people with walking difficulties. On the first day the bathroom mirror fell off and was not replaced. The reception often seems unmanned and can only be reached via a locked glass door with a bell. There was no room service on any of the 3 days. The breakfast was ok. In my opinion a bit too expensive for what is offered.
