Hello I stayed in this hotel and I can tell you that it's nonsense as soon as you finish breakfast they already ask you what you want for breakfast for tomorrow by sending them a message, a every time you leave the hotel, he looks at you and asks you where you are going to go what to do and with whom I don't even talk about the rooms and their false photos, avoid room 106 especially!!!

In addition to the beauty of the structure and the room with indoor pool, the best thing about POKA is the staff who are always friendly and ready to help you in any situation.The room is large and has a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.The breakfast is impeccable, with a wide choice (sweet or savory).You feel truly pampered.I recommend 100%

We stayed here for 4 nights and left very impressed. The standout for us was the level of service from the staff. They were outstanding! It is not often you encounter such genuine customer service, but it really felt like the staff cared about the quality of our stay. The room was clean and the setting was nice. The noise from the wildlife at night, albeit loud, was relaxing - we liked it. The breakfast each day was good and we were gifted a free floating breakfast on our last night which was a nice touch. The one downside to this property is the construction taking place next door but we didn't find this to be too much of an issue and it seems like Poka are taking steps to ensure privacy for the guests. On the lastnight we noticed one of the sinks leaked slightly but this wasn't a huge issue. The location was somewhat far from Ubud but we prefered this as it was quiet and transport was arranged by the Poka staff for a fair price.During our stay the staff also organized a tour for us which we were able to customize at no extra cost. We had a spa treatment during our stay and utilized the laundry service - both of which exceeded expectations. We also rented a scooter for 1 day and found the process very simple and easy to understand. We will be back on future visits to Ubud. Despite reading a few negative reviews, we felt our stay exceeded expectations and Poka have taken steps to rectify issues identified by previous guests. Keep up the good work Poka!

My wife and I made a reservation in Poka Villa, Ubud for 7 nights for our beautiful honeymoon in Bali.It was a disaster ( pictures evidences below ) :-Dead insects-Lizard droppings on the walls-Yellowish spots and holes in the mosquito net-Broken window-Work noises-Terrace view not compliant because work in progressbut above all !!!!!Fires in the rice fields right next to the hotel causing toxic fumes and very dangerous for health!It was impossible to sleep, we had to leave the hotel urgently!The hotel manager doesn't want to know anything.We had to change hotels, and only slept 2 nights out of 7 (knowing that in the second it was impossible to breathe)The manager want and think only about money.RUN

Very bad experience in this hotel!We encountered a lot of problems, particularly regarding hygiene: yellow stains and holes in the mosquito net, lizard droppings on the floor and walls. We had the unpleasant surprise of discovering work in front of the hotel... causing visual and noise pollution. And ESPECIALLY, fires in the rice fields causing toxic fumes and dangerous for health. We had to leave the hotel urgently, with no solution from the manager, who didn't want to hear anything.
