The hotel is in an idyllic, quiet location in the middle of the forest. Perfect as accommodation for a hiking holiday. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and tasted great. Can only recommend it.

Very nice hotel with very nice staff. The panoramic rooms with a very nice view and very clean. We were there with a group, unfortunately we got the narrower room 112, which was very narrow, hence 1 star deduction, the other two rooms were very nice.The food was very good and beautifully prepared, and we also had a small special request fulfilled. We would love to come back.

I was there with my family in June and it was great. Food top. Service very attentive and helpful. The location is exceptional because you can experience a beautiful view of Pirna, which tops everything from the terrace. In the morning we were able to have breakfast while watching this sight. The staff was very friendly and loved animals. Our dog was provided with water for breakfast every day. But the bathroom in the room we stayed in was very outdated and much too small. Otherwise a top hotel, that's why I give it an uncompromising 5 stars.

Quiet and idyllic location. Food or restaurant good to very good. We had the twin bed room. Very small with two single beds. OK for sleeping. Only the bathroom is tiny, larger or "stronger" guests should probably book another room. Wellness: small sauna/steam sauna, one with cotouns (available at reception) and a whirl tub for max 2 people

Very nice rooms, staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Food excellent, value for money top.Packed lunch for the hike is quite extensive. I can only recommend the hotel.Thanks again to the friendly staff at the hotel!

We had booked a short break and arrived over the weekend, we would. All the staff were warmly welcomed and great. The food was super delicious and the cakes were super delicious. The only drawback with the 4-course menu was that we would have liked more of the seasonal food and less risotto, but that's a matter of taste. We also recommend using the sauna and steam bath. We will definitely go there again. You can get there in about 30 minutes by car. In Dresden and 1H in Prague there are a lot of sights that you can't see in a short time, but you just pick something out and maybe do the other thing later

We went to the restaurant for lunch. After a problem-free reservation, we were assigned a nice table in the winter garden area. Since it rained that day, the view must be great when the weather is nice. An attentive service brought us the drinks we ordered quite quickly, an excellent beer and a good wine were also the basis for a very well-crafted meal. My wife and I were very impressed with the spiced meat as a starter, and Saxon roulade and Saxon sauerbraten were also very popular as the main course good. The restaurant isn't exactly cheap, but it's still reasonable.

We've been in the hotel with our dog for a week nowFor people who are close to nature, this travel destination to the Hotel Augustusberg is ideal. We were also pleasantly surprised by the courteous staff, as well as the food on offer and the peace and quietthe hotel is worth a trip

We were there the first week of September and had a great day there.The cuisine there is simply fantastically delicious.We sat on the terrace every evening with a breathtaking view.Thank you for the wonderful vacation.We'll definitely be back 👍🫶

Very nice, quiet location with a great view.Cozy in a country house style, with a bit of a “hunting” touch. Which my husband, as a hunter, really liked. The environment was also exactly his thing. The rooms are also in the same style.Room wasn't very big, but comfortable.

Really nice hotel, with friendly staff, good and clean rooms, nice dinner with beautiful view. The breakfast was also really good with croissants, fresh fruit, salmon and even ‘champagne’.

We have rarely experienced such nice service recently and were thrilled. From the reception, to the service in the restaurant and the kitchen - everything was excellent. Everything was made possible without seeming stressed.The view from the terrace and the hotel room also contributed to the relaxation. We recommend it.

Very nice and quiet hotel, in the middle of the forest. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Excellent breakfast and all the other dishes served there are also very tasty. Any wishes will be fulfilled, if not very unusual.A place to switch off and really relax.Always very happy for us.
