We stayed in their deluxe double room which was a nice room with a bathtub and a terrace. Half of the party lived in a standard double room, which did not really meet the same fine standard, which is completely reasonable as it is a cheaper alternative. There was a nice pool and the accommodation is close to many restaurants and the like. The included breakfast was absolutely okay. There was also a good opportunity to get help with booking activities, for example Mount Batur where we got the whole experience including taxi for a good price. The staff was very nice, especially Adi was incredibly lovely. The downside of the accommodation is the monkeys that live in the Monkey Forest as they come into the pool if you have food in front of you, but the staff helps to get them away.

Very nice experience, the monkeys come to the swimming pool terraces, don't leave anything lying around, they steal everything they can, but when you know it's quite nice, the hotel is very clean and super well located right in the center, lots of restaurants and bars nearby.Ubud is a city for partying, lots of young people and atmospheric bars where groups perform, very nice for one or two festive evenings, if you wish...

I ended up in this complex because mine was under renovation so they diverted me here. I had a huge deluxe room with bathroom and giant terrace where you find Monkey in the morning. …

Good accommodation near the monkey forest. Central location for getting around Ubud on foot. Large and spacious rooms although lacking in terms of cleanliness. The monkeys' morning forays made the stay enjoyable even if they required due attention. Courteous and available staff for any need. Swimming pool used by someone to relax very pleasant and swimming in the company of monkeys. The property also offers an excellent laundry service.

No…..stained sheets, stained pillows, windows that are drafty and you can hear everything, horrible bathrooms with rust and drains that don't work. Curtains that do not protect when the sun rises and give out too much light. In the evening when we returned there was a smell of sewage, taken not near the bed. Better to avoid this hotel.

There are 2 pools here. The location is very good and is set back from the street. Noise still comes through. We had a superior room. The bed was ok. The rest is more poor. Many sockets don't work. No hot water in the bathroom. No cups there. The breakfast offering seems varied, but the portions are modest - not a buffet. The orange juice is tangerine and either with ice or hot?! Was unavailable once. Once there was no coffee buffet and you had to specifically order coffee. The staff doesn't care about anything. We would definitely choose different accommodation next time.
