We were visiting the Erzgebirge with friends.Unfortunately the hotel was not recommended.The rooms were sufficient; You need good eyesight or a magnifying glass to view the TV.Breakfast OK.Unfortunately the in-house facilities were not open.Neither the restaurant nor the vaulted cellar were accessible.The alternative restaurant (Ratskeller) next door, which is probably currently run by the hotel owner, refused us any more drinks without prior notice at around 10 p.m.I didn't find that funny at all.I have ruled out visiting again.

We stayed for 2 nights via short trips. de in the Hotel Wilder Mann in Annaberg - Buchholz.The price-performance ratio cannot be topped.The service was great, the rooms were neat and clean.The food was very good.So all in all a successful trip.Highly recommended.

I have never been treated so rudely at the reception at a hotel. I'm talking about the owners, not the employees. The latter were very nice. There was no apology for errors in the hotel's reservation confirmation, only a reluctant discount. The parking space previously guaranteed in writing was also not available. The hotel room had the charm of the 80s, there was no cleaning during two nights. The situation on the market is very good. However, you shouldn't be sensitive to street noise. Never this hotel again!

Unfriendly reception. Dark hotel, faded glory, not worth a star. Room was ok. However, we stayed there for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned, beds not made, no new towel. They thought this was normal? …

Absolutely top for the location in Annaberg Buchholz. Compared to what we otherwise know from busy regions, it's mediocre. Rooms are a bit old-fashioned, with broken doorstops here and there (only a screw left) or broken lamps.Unfortunately we did not receive the studio we ordered with 2 rooms and separate beds. We were downgraded to a double room instead. When we were told that something else had been booked, we received the succinct answer: "We are fully booked". This meant that the hotel dismissed the issue and did not refund the price difference or say a word of apology. Communication should be worked on here.Breakfast was OK.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, unfortunately the WiFi on the 2nd floor didn't work. The furniture is already a few years old and unfortunately it shows. Apparently there used to be a refrigerator integrated, where today you can only find an empty cupboard, which is a shame because guests like to have access to a cooling option.The reception staff are very friendly. The breakfast is very good, fresh rolls in different varieties, which is what I'm used to in the Erzgebirge. Delicious coffee and the staff was constantly present to refill missing food. We would be happy to come back if we need an overnight stay in our old homeland.

The staff was okay. The hotel is - as others have already reported - in need of renovation/outdated. The drains sometimes smell unpleasant. I had to pay way too much money - the prices seem to vary depending on the capacity. Facilities: no refrigerator, a small mini TV screen, tiled, uncomfortable sauna in the basement. It was loud in my room as you can hear the cars driving by on the cobblestones. Also, the people below me talked loudly at night and smoked out the window (the smoke then drifted into my room). Okay, the hotel can't do anything about that. So I imagine relaxation, especially on a sports holiday (Stoneman), to be different.

First:Trip started with a fiasco. No room prepared and only 30 parking spaces for 40 guests. But an extremely committed colleague at reception (H. Georgi) solves the problems confidently and pragmatically. Cheers!Then very nice apartment and great breakfast.All's well that ends well, thanks to H. Georgi! .

The first room was too noisy due to the cobblestone street. It felt like there was a party going on in front of the hotel. As a result, it was far too loud in the Selber room. (That's our assessment) The market square is lit brightly during the day and if you have a room right there you don't need any light at night because the room was still very bright despite the darkened curtain. The creaking of the floor at least made it possible to hear when someone strange came into the room. The staff deserves praise. Very friendly and we were relocated that night. Even if the room wasn't that much better. But at least quieter. (Here too you could clearly hear the street from the front) The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. There were traces of blood on the heater in the first room. Sry, that's an absolute NOGO! The room itself is old and you could think about renovating it. Oh yes, you shouldn't talk too loudly in the room. You can easily hear what is being discussed in the neighboring rooms. In the second room we could clearly hear our neighbors chatting. Conclusion once and never again. If we hadn't been given another room we would have left that night!

We booked 5 days half board, the mistake of our lives. Breakfast was delicious, but you can't expect dinner. You are treated like you are in a fast food restaurant and the staff is completely overwhelmed. If you want to save money you should only book breakfast. Eating dinner is not worthy of a 4☆kitchen.

I'm in a wheelchair and spontaneously stayed at this hotel! It's not 100% barrier-free, but it's easy to do with improvisation! I was very happy with the room too, very clean and tidy, and also with the service! I'd love to come back!

We were booked into the hotel at the start and end of Stoneman Miriquidi. The Stoneman includes a free luggage transfer from Logispartner to Logispartner. Since we stayed overnight in Johanngeorgenstadt once, we took advantage of this service. At around 7:30 a.m. our bags were in the lobby promptly before 8 a.m. and the receptionist was informed. So far so good and the plan.At around 12:30 the hotel called to let us knowA) the bags are still in the lobbyB) we receive a telephone number for the shuttle serviceC) to then organize the service independently at our expenseAnd so forth. In the end we were able to organize the shuttle for 50 EUR through another helpful hotel employee.Extremely disappointed, we cannot recommend the hotel or the customer service and will have left money there for the last time.

We had half board and in order to eat in the evening we had to go to the restaurant next door as the kitchen is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Nothing better could have happened to us as the food was great and the hotel couldn't keep up. Breakfast at the hotel was very good.
