Hello everyone. After reading through the reviews and unfortunately seeing a lot of bad ones, we decided to see for ourselves. By chance we booked 3 nights there.We were there with 2 adults, 3 children (8yrs, 12yrs, 13yrs) and our dog.I can only speak against the bad reviews.Yes, it is true that the furniture is a bit older and it smelled a bit musty. But this is normal in a room where there is a carpet.We ventilated and everything was fine. If you're looking for something good and clean, you're in good hands here.The beds were even made new every day, there were always fresh towels and the breakfast was good too.A slightly older hotel, but still clean and cozy.I would definitely book again and the staff was also very nice and helpful.Well, I don't understand why we have to talk so badly about it all. If someone is looking for something better, then they have to dig deeper into their pockets. It's more than enough to stay overnight and have breakfast here.

Well located hotel in Leipzig.Family room with a large comfortable bed, cot, refrigerator, kitchenette, TV, desk and sofa.Furnishings are getting old, normal wear and tear here and there but perfectly maintained and NOT stuffy despite the carpet.Very quiet rooms!!! Despite the busy rooms, the door to the hallway can be locked.Parking spaces in the underground car park for an additional charge of €12 per day. (When you check in you will be assigned a fixed place - so go in beforehand)All in all there is a lot going on with guest workers, good value for money, safe for cars, balcony available

Absolute disaster! I have rarely seen such a run-down hotel. The rooms looked like they had been beamed straight from the 80s into the present - old, worn out and just plain disgusting! The cushions were so worn and stuffy that you hardly wanted to sit down. The carpet? Stainy and disgusting. But the absolute highlight: the bed's protective padding had huge yellow stains! 🤢 I immediately asked for a new room - and what can I say? Just as bad!The only positive? The staff at least canceled the booking smoothly. Otherwise: Absolutely not recommended. Five thumbs down! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

In our room, the bathroom was moldy, it smelled like rubber everywhere, we had a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke everywhere and there were cigarette butts on the balcony, the fabric had stains on it, we had roommates who threatened us to cut them off and were just warned, so if something like that happened, I would throw them out immediately. Oh, and we had a huge crack in the wall

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights on a school trip. The room was large but old, broken and just disgusting. There is mold in the shower and some of the walls are broken. It smelled extremely like cigarettes, even though smoking was strictly forbidden. The room was not cleaned by the staff. So we didn't get any fresh towels either. The kitchen is not equipped because you have to pay €15 to get dishes. The drain smelled like a drain. The WiFi didn't work most of the time. In addition, some of our neighbors were stoned, drunk, or threatened us with knives.

This place was later converted into a hotel. You need a court order to call this place a hotel. Too bad. The shower curtain is quite wide and long to protect your car from bad weather conditions in winter or summer, so the shower curtain extends all the way under your feet. You cannot sleep in separate beds with your spouse or lover. At 05:00 in the morning, Kaufland market's goods arrive with a truck, and you wake up from the noise that sounds like you are working there too. Breakfast sucks

I stayed at the hotel with my son for 2 nights and found the facilities to be good, sufficient and clean. Sure, the furniture, kitchenette, etc. are outdated, but clean! What more could you want?

Average quality adequate to the low price. For one night in transit, ok. The decor is similar to the GDR era, but large rooms, clean bedding, balcony. Kitchenette without utensils - available for a deposit of EUR 15. In the immediate vicinity of the bus stop and shops, including Kaufland. Parking on the street or paid underground - 12 EU. 10-15 minutes by car to the center. Note: There is a green zone in Leipzig - a sticker is required - it cannot be purchased during the weekend.

Never again!I often travel to Leipzig and have already taken a few hotels with me, but I have never experienced anything like this!I had a relatively long train journey behind me and was happy to finally be able to relieve myself a bit at the hotel. But when I saw the dried urine stains from the predecessor, I forgot everything. So I "checked" the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. Conclusion, I got myself new accommodation. So I asked the receptionist if I could get a new room, I got the answer that we are fully booked. Then I asked if they could send someone To at least go to the toilet again. There was no way in. I then wanted to cancel but didn't get my money back even though I paid at the accommodation!

It was a shock. The rooms are dirty, old and disgusting.We were there as a family for one night.This is an imposition. It stinks...broken, kicked-in walls. Worn out furniture.The price is of course unbeatable, but it should be clean.NEVER AGAIN…No one deserves that. Please close.

We had booked an overnight stay. The room was clean and functional, but very old. Since our room was on the 4th floor and there was no air conditioning, it was correspondingly warm. The breakfast was OK. However, I found it a shame that there was no more juice at 10 a.m. and the jams were almost all empty. When we asked about the juice, we were told that unfortunately there was no more available. The official time for breakfast was until 11am. When we left the breakfast area at 10:20, there was almost nothing left.In addition, the elevator stopped working, so we reached the 4 floors via the stairs. Staff communication can also be improved. We weren't even greeted when we walked in. The information was sent to us quickly and in a makeshift manner. As a guest I didn't really feel welcome. There was a very nice service person in the breakfast area. I would have liked the same from the reception.

The rooms are large but worn. It was far too hot when we arrived that you couldn't sleep until we had had the windows open for an hour. The receptionist did everything he could when we arrived at night to help even though he didn't speak English. The receptionist during the day didn't even bother to say hello or look at one.
