Phòng rất cũ và ẩm mốc, bị dột và ngấm ẩm, cống ở dưới thì tắc nên gián, kiến, côn trùng rất nhiều. Nếu bạn ở 1-2 ngày thôi ko sao. Nhưng ở lâu thì sẽ bị bệnh ngứa da và khó chịu.Quản lý lễ tân ở đây cũng rất khó chịu.Bạn thuê phòng 24/24 nhưng 12h về thì khó chịu, 7h sáng mới mở cộng và hay chửi rất bậy bạ.The room is very old and musty, leaking and soaked in moisture, the drain below is clogged so there are a lot of cockroaches, ants, and insects. Nếu được thì mình muốn đánh giá âm 1000 sao khi mà dịch vụ quá tệ, mình làm việc trực tiếp với chủ chứ không phải nhân viên. Chẳng biết phòng đẹp hay không nhưng phục vụ tệ vô cùng. Khách đặt trước trên app chưa trả phí thì tự ý hủy phòng k báo với khách. K nhắn trên app hay gọi điện xong lúc đến nhận phòng thì nói một thôi một hồi như bổ vào mặt khách xong chốt lại vẫn là hết phòng. Cleanliness is unsatisfactory, as evident by visible dirt and stains. Staff were unfriendly, denying our concerns about inconsistencies in the room and insisting that it was normal. I cannot recommend this place based on my unsatisfactory experience.
