It is in a central location, close to most places in the Ubud area. We stayed in different places every day. It was not bad. Considering only shower, WC and sleep, I can recommend it.

I have frequented the Warji Bisma 2 on each of my stays in Bali since 2004, I have certainly stayed there for more than 200 nights so far!It is not a five-star hotel, it is however a small, very warm, clean and comfortable establishment, its beautiful swimming pool is a major asset.Strategically well located in Ubud, Warji suits friendly guests. The owners and their two efficient employees Ketut and Koman do everything they can to make you feel at home!

Absolutely disgraceful. Do not go.First of all, the room is open all the time, and it’s not secure whatsoever. You can pull the handle open to undo the lock and enter, whenever you like. Secondly, the room is absolutely filthy, disgusting and disturbing. They left the previous visitors human faeces on the toilet when had arrived. The bath is absolutely revolting and hasn’t been cleaned in years. There is cockroaches crawling around the room all day, one step can be flat, another can be a crunch. When we entered the room, the vial stench of sewage was gagging and seeped from the ‘bathroom’ into the bedroom. Further, there was no towels or water, showing no welcome whatsoever, however, we were given them in due time. There was left over food sediment scattered across the floor, inviting all sorts of Ubud insects to come live with us. The bedsheets were not washed and had mysterious white stains on them. Also, the AC unit was outdated and the filter in it hadn’t been changed out in years, pushing out dust, therefore we had to sleep in the heat to prevent any sinus injuries. To conclude, there is mould and damp everywhere, this whole place screams health and safety hazard and has absolutely no hygiene standards at all. When we brought up all these issues with the management, they simply said you can check out today and leave or you can stay, and insisted no other solution. Utterly poor management, they never provided any solutions to any of the issues mentioned.I’d like to conclude with saying this is the most horrible place I have ever stepped foot in, I felt like a caveman sleeping in the most disgusting Bali ‘temple’ ever. I’d rather eat soil for a day than spend a day in the Warji Bisma. Do not go.

Where do I even begin…Upon arrival, we were struck by the absolutely disgusting stench of sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We informed the staff and asked for this issue to be resolved, then were told that they weren’t willing to fix it and we should cancel our stay — which obviously is not fair to move to a new accommodation at last minute and when you don’t expect the room to be in such condition. Finally, after some further reiteration, they “cleaned” the room, which meant a long-awaited bleach of the bath and toilet, which had not been done before our stay. Many of the walls had mould. We also had the addition of a new visitor — a cockroach. There was a faulty light/plug socket, which had sparked when turned on, causing the power to cut.Safety was another massive issue; there was no internal door lock but simply a padlock and key on the door handles, which was useless as you could open the door by simply sliding the padlock through a gap in the handle.Positive things I would say would be that there is a great laundry service next door (obviously has nothing to do with Warji House), and the location is convenient for places to eat and sightseeing. We also booked the Mount Batur morning trek with them, which was a highlight of our time in Bali, but I suppose this experience had nothing to do with Warji House.Look elsewhere. Obviously, I do not recommend.
